Found the WHICH Mortgage advisors to be very helpful and knowledgeable in searching for the best mortgage for my needs (and finances!) and kept me fuly appraised of the progress of my mortgage application. I would definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend their service.

I found the mortgage service excelent. The mortgage adviser "Rupert" was extremely helpful and explained the process and option clearly enabling me to pick the mortgage that was best suited to me. I will be using this service again.

We were buying a new build property and were under considerable pressure for an early completion. We doubt very much if we would have achieved the deadline without the highly efficient services from your mortgage advisers. EXCELLENT SERVICE - thank you.

I received outstanding service throughout. Verity Iley - the advisor who handled my case - was, first and foremost, genuinely interested in helping me find and get the right mortgage. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She was able to understand my circumstances well and helped me through the available options, clearly outlining the pro's and con's of each. She efficiently handled all the paperwork and the process was very smooth. Thank you, Verity!

I have already done one for you but anyway, the big problem that the mortgage was searched with the wrong value on the house. I told the adviser a number if times that I had no idea of the value, but to improvements we had made to the house, that we purchased it before the crash etc. I asked a few times should we get it valued but he did some searches and gave us a price. so the mortgage was applied for on these figures, then came back that the house was over valued, if at this point we have cancelled we would have lost the fees we have already paid. so we have ended up with a deal that its not what we really wanted. and due to these complications it was me that had to chase up with the lender to get something sorted, the whole process took nearly 5 months and was pretty stressful.

From the very first point of contact the people at Which were attentive and very efficient. The process was very clearly explained and the mortgage was completed in good time.

For a straight forward remorgage of £25K on a property valued at £140K with no existing mortgage , no chain, and no adverse credit on either applicant the case should have taken no more than between 3 or at the outside 6 weeks to complete. The case took over four months despite regular prompting from my husband who is a qualified IFA and who has years of experience in placing mortgages .

Bit too expensive, would prefer lower cost and less frequent magazines/reviews, sometimes feels a bit repetitive as if you're trying to fill the magazine. Would far prefer to pay a premium for occasional reviews of key products rather than an ongoing monthly charge. But otherwise good reviews.

Despite asking to cancel my subscription in April, I was again charged £9.75 on my credit card on 16th April, and received a further printed copy of the May magazine. This is unacceptable and I look forward to a refund asap, please. Paul Turk. pejturk@btinternet.com

Perhaps understandably Which tests and reviews small cheap products thoroughly and the results are of real value to consumers. However, more expensive items – I have fridges and cookers especially in mind, Which talks as if it was comprehensive, when the truth is it reviews so few products the results are of little use to most consumers.

It appears that you are following the co-op model and philosophy of governance. It takes ages before a new product is reviewed, you are very selective of which brands you review with an especially biased view to very high price end of models. I have wrote to complain in the past just to get the standard thank you for your feedback response and then no further correspondence of how you deal with issues raised. Why not save more trees by going totally online with your publishing and stop money grabbing by having an holistic view of a consumer so to combine holiday, gardening and computing in to one journal. In a nutshell you are serving your employees, you don't listen and give feedback, your free competitors publish quicker and more comprehensively especially regarding discounted brands remember austerity and cost of living crisis yeh that was a good campaign you had!! and your trying to get as much money as you can from your members, thank god your not a bank.

I was disappointed that you recent reviews of cookers in your newsletter failed to mention whether they were gas or electric. They all appeared to be gas which was a total waste of time for me. Please be more specific

At the moment I am very cross with your service. I cannot get on your website, I just get a blank screen. Every other website is fine. There seems no way to get help for this.

I often see offers on TV for for free guides to, for example, "trouble free computing", laptops, tablets or as today on my e-mail update, scams and security packages. Are these only abstracts of what could be found by searching through back copies of Which, or genuinely useful collections of information. If so, couldn't they be made availa

Often not in sufficient detail. Not always clear to what extent price has been taken into account. Which Local is useless and dangerous as it only gives positive reviews.
