I have not received any products yet. Most companies that you order online the items arrive next day. I received nothing from your company so had to phone and find out when they were coming to be told some were out of stock. I was asked if I would like the others that I ordered which obviously I affirmed. That was 3 days ago and I am still waiting. You are quick on taking my money though for that I give you 5 points. Not Good N Young

An unpleasant experience. I was informed that my choice of goods were showing as being in stock, however a few days later when I phoned to enquire about the status of my order I was told that there was a system error and although showing as being in stock - the items were not actually there. No attempt to contact myself was made - I had to make all the moves. Ultimately I was offered an alternative product, which I reluctantly accepted. When the goods arrived a day late, upon looking over the product, I considered it to be of a lesser quality than I expected. A phone call to the company was made the day after receiving the goods - to inform them I would be returning the order and that I was dissatisfied. At the moment I'm still waiting for the returns form to be emailed to me.

E27ES 7W R63 - Warm White Splendid, I shall order 5 more! C. Read PS I have just noticed that they turn off my digital radio and interfere terribly with my FM radio!! Any suggestions please ???

LED multi colour strip light array arrived after 2 weeks after order and several e-mails later. Initially it worked but the remote control failed after an hour! Checked using an infra red camera, no output from the remote. In the process of getting it changed. The remote selling regulations are a waste of time as the LEDs have already been stuck to the wall. heho!

It took 2 weeks from order confirmation - 23/10/14 - to receive a despatch notice - 6/11/14 - advising the items were on their way (although as at todays date - 8/11/14 - they have not arrived. Also the tracking information provided was incorrect and I cannot track my delivery.

Seriously messed about over delivery. Told item was in stock, then when I called as not dispatched that the part I ordered had been used to fulfill a larger order. I waited a week. Not impressed

Despite stating 'quick delivery £40+' on the website, the items were not despatched for 6 days.I am still waiting for T5 strip lights 11 days on !! If these are to special order, then it should be stated.

Communication requires attention, phone calls & emails were not returned, chased getting the quote in the first place which should have rang alarm bells. once ordered LED single coloured strip I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery, after 5 weeks decided to chase only to be told I would expect to be looking at a further 10-14 days, would expect the order was never placed. In the end I opted for a on the shelf product, which was not what I wanted, but had already delayed my electrician for 2nd fix instillation on my house renovation & didn’t want to put him off again. Overall disappointed with the service. On a positive when I did speak with Thom at Leicester LED he appeared to be friendly & knowledgeable, I would suggest the supply chain & communication of this company need to improve to get word of mouth recommendation, this is a shame as this is the only LED shop of this kind in the area, with better management this place could be very successful.

Ordered 3 bulbs 4 weeks ago- contacted the company after 2 weeks and was promised the product by the end of the week and still waiting! Best of it is , have been charged the 48 hour delivery charge and for the bulbs and been invited to write this review!!!! Poor!

Customer service takes days to come bake to you first order and it was the wrong thing left an email with CS and have as yet not got back to me. As an internet service contact with the customer should be same day.

Hello Matthew, We were closed over the bank holiday weekend which is when you sent your email (Saturday), so we weren't able to reply until Tuesday morning when we returned. We have an out-of-hours phone line for urgent enquiries. Kind regards, Wholesale LED Lights

I haven't received my order yet so this review just relates to the service rather than the products. I ordered some LED strip light extrusions via the website on 14th August. I received a confirmation email saying that the order was in process but heard nothing else for a week, so I emailed (no response) and called to chase. I was told my parts had been out of stock and had only been re-stocked the day before (slightly suspicious??). He said the order would be sent straight away. The chap on the phone was extremely helpful and apologetic, but in this day and age you expect to be told that items are out of stock when you order and to be kept up to speed with the progress of the order. The items should arrive tomorrow.

I placed this order in May, and was informed the order had been packed and dispatched only to be told later that the items were out of stock and had to be reordered,they arrived on 31st July a day after you sent an email saying now that my goods had arrived could I leave a review, we'll here it is,not very good is it. Having placed the order on 28th june complete with c/card details I still have NOT recieved my goods. Considering your web page offer of "quick dellvery" after 3 + weeks it is not very good. I did speak to someone on the phone and he was helpful but still no deliverey!!!!!

Hello Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. When you originally placed your order on the 28th June no payment was made, which meant we were unable to dispatch. We did try to contact you regarding this, but were unsuccessful. You eventually called on the 11th July and payment for the order was made. I will apologise for the delay, but without payment we were unable to send the items. The items have now been dispatched and should be with you either today or tomorrow. Ordering 10 candle bulbs and then receiving only 8 isn't good service. It needed two or three emails for the department to believe me & reluctantly forward 2 more. I have since returned a faulty one & still have n't received a replacement lloyd beaumont Order No. 100031143
