“Great service,nice looking lights for the price,bought 4,a lot of these type of lights seemed to have mixed reviews either v good or v poor,one of the bulbs stopped working within a day,then it worked days later then stopped again.turned out l had screwed the cover too tight ,so it was pushing on the bulb,any slight pressure on the bulb and it went out,so don't over tighten the covers”

“Received 1 of 14 fittings that was damaged. Still trying to sort the problem out but impossible to get a reply from them after sending 3 emails and speaking direct 4 times.The item in question is only £2.50 but after 3 weeks I’m still unable to complete the job for my client.”

“Easy to use website which clearly stated that the bulbs were not included with the lamp I was buying. There was a link to buy the bulbs on the page for the lamp, so it was nice and easy to get the complete package. The website also made it clear that postage would be charged as I had not spent over the threshold for free P&P. So I ordered a spare bulb and got free P&P. The item arrived, well packaged and to the timescales expected. Overall this was an excellent buying experience with the website guiding me well to make sure that I got exactly what I was after. Many thanks.”

“Items arrived in good condition. It would be good if WLED would let the customer know if items are not going to be shipped (on back order, for example). Some descriptions could be improved (no mention that slim profiles are supplied with clips and end caps). I called to check this out, staff were very helpful. Beware the clips on the slip profiles. Mine were SERIOUSLY sharp - I mean blood letting sharp. Cutting off the corners and a few minutes work with a fine file sorted that.”

“Hello WLL, Originally I went on line to research domestic led lighting. Liked what I found, and then searched for suppliers (I live near Leicester). Your company name suggested you knew a thing or two about such lights! So I researched you too; and still looking good! I immediately headed to your w/ho. in Leicester. Where your staff member "Jess" very patiently handled my ignorance and my endless questions; with a detailed technical explanation, what they are best used for, and demonstrations of the lights in use. Now I know A LOT about LED's!! All done very pleasantly and with great humour by Jess. And I duly bought some bulbs; they are brilliant!”

“My order of 4 LED bulbs for my kitchen was delivered promptly at a very good price.Unfortunately one bulb failed after 2 days,but after a phone call and an e mail a replacement was sent within 2 days.Thanks for good service.”

“The tube that arrived started flickering & buzzing after 1 day - company advised and stated they would send a replacement, but that was over 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing more. Bit disappointing.”

“I had made an order for 8 x GU10 LED Cool lamps and 3 x Outside up/Down GU10 lights with Lamps. I received my order very promptly and replaced the 8 x GU10 for Warm ones, but when I went to install the outside lights there were no lamps in the box. i have written 2 emails to support and cs at wled and have had no reply. from being a very satisfied customer previously and onkly buying LED lamps from you I will now look elsewhere.”

“Very quick delivery. As I ordered the wrong lights I had to return them for a refund. In the meantime I ordered the correct lights which came the next day. Excellent customer service, very competitive prices. Will use this frim again.”
