I waited months to get my order and had to phone to get it moving. I have returned some times but I've heard nothing. I expect no response from this feedback because no-one will read it.

Hello Philip, We received the items you returned for exchange. We have actually emailed you a couple of times but haven't had a response. Ok Website but poor service. Despite paying for fast delivery it took a week to turn up a colour changing bulb I ordered wont respond to the remote. Sent a contact us page email a week ago but no reply yet. No other way of contacting them online as the email for confirmation of order said do not reply...

Hi Tom, Unfortunately our contact form isn't that reliable - we receive a lot of spam through this channel and it is difficult to monitor it all. In future you can email support@wholesaleledlights.co.uk - you should always get a response. Failing that you can call us directly on 0116 321 4120. We ordered the LED lights as the price was good. They were in stock when ordered but when we hadn't received them we had to chase to find out they were out of stock. They did arrive about 3 weeks after order and they work as described but we could have done with more detail in the description as we took a gable that the lights could be set to automatically switch between colours.

Ordered my LED lights on 18th december.Web site stated they were in stock . Late december after 2 phone calls was told there was no stock and they were waiting for orders and was told they would be sent out early January. I rang again before Januar and received very polite apologies and an asssurance that the would be sent out shortly...I finally received word that my parcel was shipped out on 2nd January. It arrived the 6th January. Almost half of the items were missing, the two GU 10s I ordered were to be cool white - I received warm white. I complained and asked for a refund for the missing items which was done promptly. Not good service - I could have bought the lot at a local store for a few pounds more and had them immediately. Jim

Lamps were OK but we didn't realise that they were not dimmable. My wife dimmed them on leaving the house and they both failed. When I spoke to the customer service rep there was no goodwill at all. I was prepared to buy 6 to replace all of the lamps in my kitchen but was given no assistance on the failed lamps. For the sake of a bit of goodwill they have lost one customer and I won't recommend them to any of my friends. It's a poor business decision not to give their customer service team some latitude in assisting customers.

My last order was a reorder from a previous order so the number was the same but the lamps are different in that the first order of lamps had a beam angle of 120 degrees but the second order had a beam angle of 60 degrees. This is not the first time that products with the same order number have not been the same. You seem to be good for lamps as long as there is no requirement to re-order them.

Hello Malcolm, Have you contacted us regarding this? I've checked your orders and the bulbs are the same ones as you've always ordered. Not sure what could have happened.
