“Bulbs different to those shown on website, therefore did not fit. Took 9 days of back and forth contacting (chased by me several times) to be told I had ordered the bulbs that were sent. No option to return for refund or replacement”

“The bulbs i ordered were delivered very promptly, within two days, all of them worked as expected. The only slight issue for me & this is nothing to do with the excellent service provided is the fact that the cool white led bulbs appear to be a cold blue type light, the warm white is much more in line with standard incandescent bulbs & much easier on the eye”

“Very slow delivery due to being out of stock (OMNIPOWER 300MM 1FT T5 LED TUBE LIGHT 4 WATTS) 4 weeks. Only found out OOS after chasing order. Also ordered ECO-ROCKET B22 15W LED BULB and was sent a screw fit bulb. Brought this up with customer service and advised correct item would be sent "as soon as", That was 11 days ago.”

“Found that the bulbs that were sent with the lights to be the wrong type .Had to send a picture of both the bulbs and packing as would not send replacements otherwise ,asked for a acknowledgment of the photo did not receive one until, after I had contacted them again to see if they hav received the photo hope I get the correct bulbs as I am a pensioner and can to without this mixup as it just makes me depressed”

“The titan 15w bulbs are just perfect... We only need two for a through lounge. We've replaced all the main lights with these and our house is so less gloomy now. Excellent service as well when one didn't work. It was replaced straight away with no fuss.”

“Terrible delivery. I got a delivery faster from Germany than Leicester! ! No apology, four phone calls from myself to find out where item was after I had paid for next day delivery. Arrived 3 days after due date. Should have been so easy.”

“Found it very easy to order ,helpful man on the phone, arrived within a few days the only down side was the bulb bought with light fitting was according to the qualified electrician not suitable fortunately we had a one which fitted the bill. Wasn’t a problem but could have been”
