Wrong lights sent but can't be bother to change them...to much hassle.. The order was for 120 degree beam. These were 36 degree..

Hi Paul, Thank you for your review. I apologise for this, the bulb you ordered was out of stock therefore we sourced a local alternative which is what you received. Spoke to Will who was very pleasant, but had to ring to find out if my bulbs had been dispatched after trying to find my order which took forever & a day he said no & said he would try a get them out for delivery ASAP, so if I had not rung I would still be wait because he could not find my order.

Ordered eco rocket 500 lumens 120 degree. Received Duracell 420 lumens 32 degrees. Not impressed at all. Completely different spec.

The Web site for ordering was simple, the price of products was best could find and delivery was within the 48hrs. Have already recommended to someone and order placed. Would definitely use again.

Lights look great, however I had a problem with my order. I paid for next day delivery to guarantee receiving the items before my electrician was due to come. However 1 item was missing so the job couldn't be finished. I had to pay the electrician extra to come another day once the missing item had arrived. It was my first time ordering from here, and personally wasn't a great experience. If only they sent the entire order.....! The review would have been 5/5 rather than 2/5

All of our strip lights can take 2-3 days to complete due to the lengths needed to be cut to the need of the customer which is why you did not receive the items the following day. My order, a 3m set of strip led lights, 3 x 1 metre aluminium profile and 3 x 1m opal diffusers arrived as two separate deliveries and the kettle lead was missing from the box. After telephoning the lead arrived in the post. I had tried ordering brackets and end pieces but the links on the website went to a length of cable instead. I found that the profile came with 6x brackets and end stops but this wasn't mentioned on the website. Ideally I could have gone with more brackets. The 800 lumens output of the leds for my 3 metre long shed was just right. So a Curates Egg Mr Jones.

Took 2 weeks to dispatch order which I had to chase by phone. Operator couldn’t offer any explanation but did manage to sort. Item was in stock so no real excuse.

I found WLED on Goggle when I wanted G9 LEDs. The web site was easy to use and found what I wanted. I placed an order and a prompt email was sent to say that they had received it. However after 5 days, no email to say that the order had been dispatched or the order arriving at my home. When I phoned I met with a polite lady and she investigated it immediately and came back promptly, discovered that the order had been lost as they were transitioning to another ordering system. They stated that the order will go out on the day of the enquiry and will be delivered the next day, which I had received as promised. Once installed the cool white colour is not what we wanted. Talking to one sales guy he said I could exchange it to warm white and checked the stock level. If I send the order back with a form that he emailed to me that day they would send me the replacement. I am waiting for the correct ones to arrive as I write, its been 4 days so far (including Saturday). Under the circumstances I found their service good and the staff helpful, so will be using them again.

Good web site. Good be a bit more suitable for the non professional electrician. Slightly more detail would be good. Excellent Customer Service from Louis when the lights were not the same. Very quick recovery.

was amazed at how good this companys customer service was. they caught a mistkae i made on my order and let me know, also they were very helpfull on their online portal too. + they will call you , so saves your phone bill Will definitely be ordering form them again - great company Jonathon.

The lights and remote unit were easy to install and work well. However, the service was poor. I phoned and gave order over the phone on a Friday. I was told if I paid extra for next day delivery I should get it Monday. As I needed by Tuesday, I paid to make extra sure it came. When it had not arrived by the following Friday, I phones and was told I should have been told it would not be despatched till the Wednesday so would not be delivered till Thursday. Even so this was now Friday and still not delivered. So I was wrongly advised by Dan who took the order. I said I would not have paid the next day delivery if it would take a week and was told they would refund my extra postage as I did not get the service. Even if it was dispatched on Wednesday should have had it Thursday. Hate to say do not think the person I was chasing on the Friday was even bothered as he said he would refund the extra postage and over a week later has not happened. I know that things can go wrong but not to advice correctly or carry out what they have said is really poor and will put me off from ordering again. Pity as I have used several times and also recommended to others.

If a colleague makes a commitment they are entitled to see the whole order through i.e. in this case my colleague should have ensured the order left on time for delivery Monday, if this was not possible a phone call is ideally done to inform the customer. I can only apologized for the mishap. I appreciate this is all in hindsight, however going forward if you do decide to order with us, we will ensure the items leave on a timely manner.
