“The small screw led candle bulb is fine, it's just the advert is a bit misleading, as it states it's the equivalent to a 50w standard bulb. It isn't . It is a 6w led and equal to a 40w bulb. So no brighter than the ones I have. Apart from that small point it's o.k. Delivery was quick & it arrived well packaged.”

“Purchased 7 downlights...3 of which turned up damaged!!! However I have to say that the issue was addressed promptly and without any fuss. Apart from this I can't fault the product and customer service”

“The lights arrived in double quick time. Always a sign of a good company. I put one in a table lamp, which lights up the whole room. The other is in a ceiling light. The bulb is placed horizontally, which is not as good as if it could be fitted vertically. Nevertheless, I'm very well pleased with my purchase. When my other conventional bulbs go, I'll certainly be buying more of your product.”

“Ordered 2 outdoor PIR lamps with bulbs added to order. Clearly stated on order "plus bulbs" . No bulbs in parcel, rang to inform, told to send a picture of the box with contents? Total waste of time, what is the point of a picture with no bulbs in supposed to prove? Told to hang on the line while someone in charge could speak to me, guess what manager is out of the office, will phone me when he gets back, no phone call, emailed to explain that the order included bulbs but the receipt i received had no mention of bulbs so the packer would not have known to include. No answer!! Customer service needs an overhaul. Won't deal with this company again if they cannot be bothered to talk to me.”

“Incorrect Transformers sent. Rang up and you guys said you would send out but we would have to pay for next day postage. They didn't turn up for a week!!! Then had to fight to get refunded! Just a painful experience!”

“I turned up to the showroom on Saturday morning, not realising that I couldn't pick up the materials I required immediately. The staff at the showroom where very helpful and sorted out the order and then arranged for me to go to their warehouse and pick up the materials I needed and therefore eliminated the need for me to make a return trip later in the week. The staff where very helpful at the showroom and the warehouse.”
