“Ordered a PIR LED floodlight - sadly it arrived damaged, but Wholesale LED sent a pre-repaid return sticker and replaced the item promptly - really excellent service! The item - ProSafe 30W PIR Motion Sensor LED Floodlight - seems to be a very well made, solid and professional piece of kit - much more substantial than the floodlight it replaces. Overall, very impressed with Wholesale LED Lights”

“Great service via web orders - good prices and easy to use website. V.Quick delivery and goods safely packaged. I wanted some specific G4 and G9 led bulbs to replace halogen bulbs and found just what I needed on their website Bonus of a discount code online as well”

“The order was placed online so didn't personally interact with any staff. The website was straightforward to navigate, however there is some information I would like to have been able to access, i.e. was there adequate connectivity for two cables (wiring downlights in series) and that the electrical connections were tool less. Delivery was very quick and there were no issues with what was delivered. In terms of improvement, just consider the technical information supplied on the website.”

“Product still has not arrived after 2 weeks despite paying for next day delivery, contacted the company twice to be told they can not do anything and to contact FedEx with the reference number they provided, FedEx do not recognise this reference number. Absolutely awful service, would not recommend”

“I pre ordered NeoTec Fire Rated Downlight GU10 Fixed - White. Absolutely useless springs that fall off of the body. Wled suggest I pay the postage to send them back but could only offer credit. Because I had them for 29 days. I put them on the skip and put this down to experience. Thank you for wasting my time”

“Self adhesive strips did not self adhere. Having fitted them to the ceiling of my varnished wooden cabinet and completed the electrics, I stood back to admire my work. In the morning, the strips were on the bottom of the cabinet. I had to refix them with an alternative glue. I tried to contact customer services for advice but had to hold for too long and gave up. Not happy,”
