Led strip kits are some of the best quality I’ve used and as an electrician I’ve used quite a few different ones , very disappointed with the delivery time though nearly 2 weeks for delivery is no good, had to buy from elsewhere as the delivery was that long in the end and ended up using these on another job.

Products could be great... but when they're late I can't use them. Placed an order on a Monday for LED Neon strips (confirmed stock items) to be delivered before Friday as we still had to make the product for an event at the weekend. I was assured they'd be with me without a problem. They turned up Wednesday the following week once we return from the event. As a trade service, you need to be quicker and know 100% whether you will deliver or not. We should have ordered from elsewhere.

Very abrupt and rude web chat when I reported some of the lights were faulty and just disappeared apparently he had a call to take according to an email I received after

Paid for priority. Parcel got lost by fedex and was late being sent by supplier means I have had to deal with very unhappy customer. Considering rgbw track lights have 15 year warranty this is second set for sane job and late being dispatched even though paid extra. Not good at all.

Hi Robert, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologise that were unaware that our strip lights take a few days in production as they have to be cut the desired length for your order. I ordered over the phone as I needed assistance choosing the right light bulbs. I said at least twice I wanted white light. Warm was sent. Now customer service team say, they are not made in white light. I really think I should have been told at the outset. It’s money down the drain !

Hi, Thank you for your review. I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and for the miscommunication. The bulbs on the order are from a particular supplier which is why they will only come in one colour temperature. If you want to exchange to a different bulbs please let us know. Kind regards, WLED

Wrong lights sent but can't be bother to change them...to much hassle.. The order was for 120 degree beam. These were 36 degree..

Lights look great, however I had a problem with my order. I paid for next day delivery to guarantee receiving the items before my electrician was due to come. However 1 item was missing so the job couldn't be finished. I had to pay the electrician extra to come another day once the missing item had arrived. It was my first time ordering from here, and personally wasn't a great experience. If only they sent the entire order.....! The review would have been 5/5 rather than 2/5

All of our strip lights can take 2-3 days to complete due to the lengths needed to be cut to the need of the customer which is why you did not receive the items the following day. I apologise that the information was not clear enough, I will have that looked into to improve. Took 2 weeks to dispatch order which I had to chase by phone. Operator couldn’t offer any explanation but did manage to sort. Item was in stock so no real excuse.

The lights and remote unit were easy to install and work well. However, the service was poor. I phoned and gave order over the phone on a Friday. I was told if I paid extra for next day delivery I should get it Monday. As I needed by Tuesday, I paid to make extra sure it came. When it had not arrived by the following Friday, I phones and was told I should have been told it would not be despatched till the Wednesday so would not be delivered till Thursday. Even so this was now Friday and still not delivered. So I was wrongly advised by Dan who took the order. I said I would not have paid the next day delivery if it would take a week and was told they would refund my extra postage as I did not get the service. Even if it was dispatched on Wednesday should have had it Thursday. Hate to say do not think the person I was chasing on the Friday was even bothered as he said he would refund the extra postage and over a week later has not happened. I know that things can go wrong but not to advice correctly or carry out what they have said is really poor and will put me off from ordering again. Pity as I have used several times and also recommended to others.

If a colleague makes a commitment they are entitled to see the whole order through i.e. in this case my colleague should have ensured the order left on time for delivery Monday, if this was not possible a phone call is ideally done to inform the customer. I can only apologized for the mishap. I appreciate this is all in hindsight, however going forward if you do decide to order with us, we will ensure the items leave on a timely manner. Τhe down lighters are good but the springs are terrible. You have to use so much force that I am afraid I will break the plasterboard ceiling. I rang WLED 3-4 times for advice and whilst very helpful they send a YouTube video for a down lighter with a better Spring. I wanted to send them back but to send them by post it will cost me the same as the purchased price. I am still waiting for a call that I was promised on Monday 27th Jan.

Purchased a light 2 weeks before Christmas as I needed it before Christmas. Upon chasing Wholesale lights in the New Year I was advised the light was discontinued but no one bothered to call me to notify me at the time if the order! However, I then received the light 2 days after. I like the light but defintely was not happy with the service received. When I then complained I was given no explanation. Personally would not use Wholesale lights again due to the bad customer service.

On the whole we are pleased with the lights now they are fixed up and they look good with a very bright light. However, it was very difficult to put them into the ceiling cut outs. The butterfly springs keep coming off the light casing. In the end we had to go into the ceiling space (Lucky they were upstairs and not between floors). we took the springs out completely put the light through the hole from downstairs and then in the loft space, with difficulty, we put the springs back in. Once in the held very well. I don't think i would purchase these again.

These would have been great if I could have angles this lighting strip. It was very delicate and became damaged when I tried to fit. Have had to purchase another set from another vendor.

We wanted to order two 20 watt lights. Although the WLED website said they were available, the order clerk told us they were not. We ordered 30 watt lamps instead. Not a big deal but the customer-facing system should be kept up to date on stock availability. When the lights arrived we found one was damaged and unusable. In spite of several emails and telephone calls to Customer Service over a 2 week period we have had no acknowledgement of the problem or offer to replace / refund. We find that unacceptable. we won't use WLED again

The light looks great and lights up very good but I had problem fitting the base to the wall bracket. Very weak plastic .

The lights were fine, but I paid for next day 24hr delivery. They turned up a week later after calling the company to find out where they were. No offer of a refund for the extra paid on delivery, not any apology. Don't buy if you want them in a hurry.
