Customer service after sales is awful. Had a problem with hot tub, reply was useless. Sent another email no reply. If the hot tub does not work next summer I will be looking for a full refund. I have opened communications with trading standards so that there is evidence of complaint.if I could give no stars I would

I have asked to return this wall hairdryer it is not what we expected or not very well made there is no way it will fit into the arm also it is not new it looks all marked round the fitting as though some one else as had it . I have requested my money back but not heard back yet so please can you help Janice sharing-doherty

Ordered a garden swinging chair for an event. It didn't arrive and after chasing Wido, we discovered 4 weeks later it had been sent to the wrong address 5 miles away in the countryside. Still no refund 6 weeks on and the event is finished. Ridiculous.

The desk itself is fine but the instructions were the worst flat pack instructions I've ever come across we ended up binning then and hoping for the best. Draw runners broke on installation so had go out and by new ones. Really not recommended to anyone

Shockingly BAD. Impossible to speak to the company . Rang 4 times and hung on for over an hour each time “until the next agent is available” LOL!!! Clearly a one man band. Never respond to e mails. Can’t believe I have been asked for a review after the complaints I have sent this week! Trustpilot hasn’t a single good review of Wido, and this business should be banned from trading. They are a disgrace. MY ADVICE IS DON’T DEAL WITH THEM

The item L4290865 which I ordered on the 26th of August until now is yet to be delivered and this was meant to be a next day delivery by DX company. Your deliveries need reviewing to avoid bad reputation

Unfortunately the garden bench arrived damaged. As soon as I opened the box it was obvious that one side of, what I assume to be the back rest) had been broken off. Sent an email and photos to Wido asking for replacement. Awaiting answer.

I ordered an item from your on next day delivery...4 days later, no sign of it, and you havent responded to my 'where is it requests'.. I would love to be happy with my purhcase, but I havent even received it yet and you have asked me to submit a review...utter madness..

I wouldnt bother purchasing from this company! No wonder they dont have a customer review page! I have just spent 2 and a half hours building a nail station for my wife. Unfortunatley I purchased it a while back and had it in storage until now. However, upon opening the flat pack, pre-drill holes are missing on a number of pieces, not enough accessory screws, unstructions are very limited and not clear as the one sheet build instruction was blur! I have to make my own adjustments (tomorrow) to fit some pieces together because of missing predrilled holes! Avoid.

My item was delivered to my home address. I completed the deliver to a different address section but it didn’t work. I emailed for help on the delivery day but I was told the item had already been delivered.

Ordered TROPICANA 5 PIECE GARDEN FURNITURE SET. Arrived next day as promised But 2 off the 5 flat pack boxes they arrived in looked like they had come from a war zone filthy dirty covered in packing tape several holes in the boxes with screws falling out. This damage to the boxes was old, the Items had clearly been reboxed in the past and was nothing to do with the courier who delivered. They look like returns, that they had sold me with. Opening the first box which was a 3 seater bench there was several fixing missing. Opened the second box the worst condition which held the table. Again several fixings for the legs were missing. But the table top was split on one corner it had taken a hard knock on that cormer and it corresponded to loads of packing tape on the corner of the box. It was obvious that this damage had been known about before it was sent to me. I did not open any of the 3 remaining boxes but emailed for them to collect and make full refund. Took them 6 days to reply.

Products arrived on two separate occasions damaged with package broken and open. Unable to contact Wido customer service by telephone and tried for 8 days then emailed them. Mediocre response and usual excuses. Would not use this company again. Quality of goods poor and badly made. Shop elsewhere and avoid Wido.

After a week of waiting and no email of a delivery date i contacted supplier to be told via email my order was deliverd to the wrong street address. Aparently according to the delivery company when they went to retrieve my parcel. The occupier have gone on holiday. I am still without my order.

Item arrived damaged. Driver stated he was given a smaller van and was over his weight limit. But was sent out regardless. As expected looking at the state of the packaging the sentry shed was damaged. The roof was split and the bottom right hand side panel had split off. I am now 3 working days waiting for a partial refund. I'm willing too attempt repair to shed. However I keep getting offered 10% which does not not cover cost of repairs let alone inconvenience and time waiting in for delivery and assembly.
