“We had a little issue with the side arms, they were coming off every time.. they may need an extra support to make sure that if someone hold him self on the back side, doesn’t come off. There was also a little stain mark on one of the armrest. Rather than that the sofa is big and look like is show to the website pictures. Thank you Martina”

“Very poor! Desk arrived in a box which was clearly very damaged. Upon opening the corner of the desk was smashed off! Customer service slow to respond and unwilling to collect damaged desk.. Will never use this company again”

“Not happy, only two out of the three beauty beds are fit for purpose. One bed has no holes for the fixings and there's no nuts and bolts. The underneath lining wasn't stapled onto the board. I cant get through on the phone to return it and receive a refund. Voicemail box is full.”

“Product great for the price and free next day delivery is good but was not given an approximate time of delivery, so had to wait in all day. Two items were also missing out of the parcel, missing parts will be resent but have to wait nearly a week.”

“Disappointing shopping experience. Purchased direct, only to find the exact product sold by Wido on eBay cheaper. To their credit they agreed to refund the difference although not yet confirmed whether they have honoured this.. Didn't respond to email or contact form sent almost immediately after making the purchase and realising the cheaper price. Spoke to them on the phone first thing the following day (during their operating hours). Order identified through delivery postcode. However, the product arrived, though not yet unpacked therefore cannot comment on quality, the next day at the billing address. Another call, to be told nothing on the system despite the operator finding the order via the delivery postcode the day before and to return would be at a cost of £15. Had no option but to drag the item into a car and drive it the location. Having since read reviews on trustpilot it would appear their poor service is a recurrent flaw. Had I reviewed them before purchasing I would have definitely shopped elsewhere; suggest anyone reading this review do the same. Will not be using Wido in future.”

“This trolley was very easy to assemble, took me about 10 minis., by myself. I use it for my beading material, Lots of space for every thing, and very easy to wheel around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any one looking for compact storage.”
