“Didn't send an email to track item as promised, so it was delivered while out and left on front step. a huge box so couldn't get up steps with handrail. As I am disabled had to call someone to put it in garage for me. Today son-in-law has tried to assemble it for me but screws and washers pack was split open in box, hence washers missing. He has had to go 6 miles to try to get some more washers. Can't comment on comfort of set as I don't know when I'll be able to sit on it!!”

“Trolley is definitely faulty, I can’t use it as a trolley cause the little wheels keep falling out and the whole thing collapses, very annoying, it has collapsed a few times now in front of my clients who even helped me to put the wheels back in but when you put one in the other falls out. The worst purchase ever! Don’t recommend.”
