“I pacifically chose to purchase through wido as they guaranteed next day delivery for my daughters Xmas present,but I’m still waiting for it to be delivered 3 days after Xmas! I contacted customer whom assured me it was out on delivery,yet when I checked the tracking myself,it says parcel at delivery depot,it doesn’t mention anything about being out for delivery. Wido ruined my daughters Xmas!!!”

“Hello. Really dissapointed .ordered a stainless steel table. Turned up in good time but scratched all over and all but 1 corner was dented. So good service , damaged product but it had to be used straight away so didn’t return it. I guess it didn’t leave factory like that so assume delivery driver damaged it. Real shame. Just won’t use Wido again. Cheers Merry christmas good people. Jamie”

“The basins are not fit for purpose Came with no instructions how to assemble , are made from wooden construction , not going to last 5 minutes with the substandard plumbing fixtures that we couldn’t get to stop leaking .i have requested to return and refund the basins as they are not fit for purpose All I get is a reply asking for photographs Do not deal with this company if you want quality products and a good customer service”

“I had a speedy delivery! But once the item was put together i quickly realised how POOR the quality was and wanted to send the item back and reject it for a refund. the team got me to email images and videos to show why i wanted to refund.. which they then agreed to do once they collected the item... weeks later and still the item has not been collected despite numerous calls and emails promising it would be. This company should be shut down as they are liars and are clearly trying to prevent me getting the refund that I am entitled to. I will not be giving up on this and will be taking it further with trading standards and paypal.”

“Promised next day delivery with no acknowledgement of third party courier may not be able to deliver. Really disappointed in service, item was delivered 4 days after order placed. Won’t be shopping again with Wido.”

“I have never seen such a bent and cheap trolley in my life. The holes were in the wrong places so the stand looks bent! And the allen key was a joke! Didnt fit the screws. Wont be shopping here again”

“I would love to be able to score a 0. In my opinion, this company is nothing but one big scam. I purchased a TV cabinet from this company in November 2019 and they never delivered it. The company also claim it was delivered. I would warn anyone to think twice before ordering from this company.”

“Wido salon Back wash basins. Do NOT buy. Not only do they NOT supply you with all attachments, not once but twice, the attachment sizes aren’t BSP either, the basin itself also drops forward without any weight applied. Then on top of that after calling to inquire as to where the attachments are at 14:40 they past me from pillar to post keeping me waiting to then tell me I can’t get next day delivery as it’s past 15:00, I am now having to cancel all my appointments until resolved,”

“Actually 0 STAR! Item was faulty twice, showing very cheap peace of chinese plastic.. and on top of it i had to wait over two weeks for a refund after many calls.. Very poor customer service...”

“The parts of the Trike where damaged my partner had to straighten them before he could put it together. No assembly instructions was sent with the trike and the one available to download from your web site don’t download. I will no be buying again from Wido and I don’t recommend them to anyone.”

“Very poor! Desk arrived in a box which was clearly very damaged. Upon opening the corner of the desk was smashed off! Customer service slow to respond and unwilling to collect damaged desk.. Will never use this company again”

“Disappointing shopping experience. Purchased direct, only to find the exact product sold by Wido on eBay cheaper. To their credit they agreed to refund the difference although not yet confirmed whether they have honoured this.. Didn't respond to email or contact form sent almost immediately after making the purchase and realising the cheaper price. Spoke to them on the phone first thing the following day (during their operating hours). Order identified through delivery postcode. However, the product arrived, though not yet unpacked therefore cannot comment on quality, the next day at the billing address. Another call, to be told nothing on the system despite the operator finding the order via the delivery postcode the day before and to return would be at a cost of £15. Had no option but to drag the item into a car and drive it the location. Having since read reviews on trustpilot it would appear their poor service is a recurrent flaw. Had I reviewed them before purchasing I would have definitely shopped elsewhere; suggest anyone reading this review do the same. Will not be using Wido in future.”
