“Hi I ordered a beehive for my son-in-laws birthday And I was waiting to See him open it Because of lock down it was by face time He opened it And his description was You have bought me a box of kindling wood So I asked for wido to send me instruction to return the item I sent an email Which told me they would reply in three days but if I sent a further email as I was in a queue This would immediately send me to the back of the queue I am still waiting for an answer which has not arrived I can only think they have a very large queue for complaints Please respond as soon as possible I thank you in advance. John”

“Nice bench. Sadly two of the soldered screws at each end of the brace were too short for the bolts, so it's taken us hours of trying to solve and now we are trying to get nuts to fit.”

“Mixer delivered on time but no instructions. Took 3days to respond due to Coronavirus and then only sent a pictorial guide and I am still waiting for a proper hard copy.”

“I was very happy with my recent order. The folding garden cart arrived in 2 days in spite of all the delays with the COVID crisis. The wagon itself is very useful on my allotment and it’s saving my back when doing lots of heavy lifting of watering cans and compost bags.”

“We never expected to get this order delivered so quickly ad the coronavirus seems to be holding all deliveries up! However, this arrived on the day specified and has now been made up and in pride of place on our gazebo. Excellent service all round. Thank you!! Would highly recommend them.”

“I absolutely love the fire pit I've been looking for one for a while the price I got it for is the cheapest I've seen. I love the fact the legs fold up for easy storage. I haven't used it yet but it's perfect. Delivery was very quick. I would definitely buy products from Wido in the future.”
