“Delivery details not passed to courier and I was not informed my goods were being delivered to my business address until the courier called me to see where I was! Other than that, I'm left with a large wooden pallet that won't fit in my car to dispose of it. Nice goods though and they were delivered on the day I asked for.”

“Very easy to purchase, quick next day delivery and item is good quality. Only criticism is that I was advised I would get a dispatch email, this was not received or any delivery info so had no idea when product would be delivered. Tried to contact customer services but no response for a couple of days which at which point my item had been received.”

“Bought this in winter. Opened in summer half expecting a half day assembling (bits missing/bust...you know)but all assembled. The finish is dining room suite standard. It is oiled and slick to open and close. My only minor is the chairs are perhaps not as sturdy as I thought. Im 14 st and they hold me well but some visitors in the 18 st region will have to be careful. I would mark 4 half stars....”

“The item is really lovely. I was disappointed on the lack of confirmation after my initial purchase. I received nothing, no notification of my purchase. I was worried that my money had been taken and I had no invoice/confirmation. However, the item did arrive and i am very happy with it. Funnily enough though I do actually get an email asking for a review 😂”

“The product is of good quality and it was delivered the next day however I never got an order confirmation email. The instructions were not very clear but I did enjoy the challenge. It took more like 4 hours to put it together but I'm very please with the result. Would definitely recommend it.”

“After I didn’t receive a tracking number for my parcel and my order not arriving the next working day as advised, I was a bit dubious about this company to be honest, particulaly after reading not so positive reviews. However, the item was delivered the following day and is good quality and as ordered. I did email the company to advise I’d received no tracking number but only got an automatic reply stating they’d answer within 5 days, not needed now as item has arrived, but it also says to not keep emailing as this overrides their system and delays their reply, bit odd really?? Anyway, my item has arrived so I’m happy.”

“When I ordered I thought it was mentioned that delivery would be next day. However that did not happen but I was not concerned the order arrived within 3/4 days. I am quite happy with the purchase which I consider good value for money”
