We emailed you before shipping to discuss this. You said "yes that is fine"... ask for no other options or offer no other solution for payment, then, leave us a 1 star review? Considering what you do for a living you cannot fathom that we have rules to protect ourselves and customers from the biggest form of fraud in the country?
No, its not "terrible" to ask you to accept your package at the address your credit card has on file for you. Thats what you agreed to with your credit card company. Thats what you agreed too when you checked out on our system and agreed to our terms of sale.
We have 20-40 people a month attempt to rob us using stolen card info... or worse... actual customers that know how to game the credit card chargeback system and know they can get "free stuff" by ordering, having it shipped to a non billing address, then filing a chargeback. Credit card companies side with them. We get hit for thousands in losses a year from theft/fraud. That is what is terrible.

You placed your order on Aug 3 in the evening. We shipped your order within less than 24 hours on Aug 4th. Your order included the free shipping USPS option, which was delivered to you on Aug 10th.
We never heard from you, email or request for any customer support.
On Aug 15th, without ever asking for assistance or customer support, you post a 1 star review claiming we have poor customer service.
While I would love the ability to read minds, sadly that is a customer service ability I do not posses. If you dont ask for help, we cannot help you.
For those that ask for help, we bend over backwards to respond quickly and solve issues is a positive, kind manner.
