Sigh... you made no attempt to contact us and ask for help, and you've not reached out to ask for return either. You never even asked, so how would you know if it was "not fast or easy or cheap"?
You left a very negative review on a product that does in fact fit. You just didn't follow the installation instructions, or watch the installation video. If you leave the small plastic piece in the frame, they will not fit. That small plastic part is not used in mounting our grips. We go over this in the video.. there is literally a video in the ad for this grip set that shows you how to install them, which you ignored.
We warranty our grips for life, and if a customer runs into an issue, we answer emails almost 24/7 to give them fast and courteous customer service. What we cannot do is force customers to actually read the ad, or watch the installation video we put in the ad to help you. I cannot possibly warrant your "ability" or lack thereof to install parts on your gun. That your raced to leave a negative review, instead of asking for help, illustrates this.
