While we make high quality parts and pieces for your favorite handguns, we cannot control the end users ability to install.
With our screws, installing them is as easy as turning them with your fingers, and snugging up with the included tool bit. I do not think we can possibly make that any easier. Thanks

“I enjoy firearms that shoot well and look good doing it. Replacing factory grips is the first thing I do to a new 1911 or revolver. I put these particular grips on a Dan Wesson Valor and said goodbye to the cheesy looking plastic G10 grips that came with it. With a set of their beautuful grip screws and gorgeously figured desert ironwood, the Valor is now a sight to behold. I'll be puting another set on my Dan Wesson Heirloom.”

We did reach out to this customer, and informed them that we had an error in our stock system. We apologized profusely, then we offered them 3 options to correct our error;
1. a full immediate refund
2. an exchange for a different pendant
3. we would make the pendent, and send them a free bonus t shirt as an added bonus for the unexpected wait. We explained option 3 would be a "few week wait" time.
The customer chose option 3, and politely emailed that they appreciated our response. We began work on making their pendant. Within a week however they left us this negative review because we had not yet shipped their item. While we do apologize that the item was not in stock, we did attempt to make this customer happy, and we did inform them first, and they agreed to, a "few week wait". Since this customer was not happy with their wait, we immediately refunded them. We do strive to make everyone happy.

While I understand that we are pricey, we also are a "Made in America" company that focuses on quality materials and quality work over cheap mass production. This costs more, but on whole industry wide, is priced below some of our competition offering similar work or materials. With the addition of free shipping, and NO sale taxes charged to the customer, we give each customer an additional discount they rarely get elsewhere. On top of that, we offer frequent sales discount codes for repeat customers, giving even more back to those who support our work.
