“AVOID at all costs!!! Problems with a leaking shower to newly installed bathroom which has caused water damage to my property. Wickes accepting no responsibility and have blamed the problem on how I clean the shower?!!! Customer services are not interested in helping and have fobbed me off at every opportunity - its very much a case of they have my money and now don’t want to know. From reading other reviews it seems my experience is not unique. Do yourself a favour, avoid these cowboys and go somewhere else.”

“Our experience with Wickes was excellent. Sheryl Mullinder at our local Telford Wickes was excellent as the designer. She made us aware of all the pull out storage systems and the height of built in appliances and cupboards as my wife is not very tall. Our installers, Lee Sargent and Nathan, were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We opted to have the team remove our old kitchen including floor and wall tiles, and do the complete install, units, electrics, gas, wall tiling and flooring. We had previously purchased our own built in appliances which Wickes installed for us. They also installed boiling tap, waste disposal and plinth heater. We were kept informed at all times as to what would be happening in terms of dates, visits etc.. We had chosen Sofia high gloss units and grey quartz titanium work surfaces with under mount sink. Everything happened when it was due. Very pleased with the results.”

“Excellent customer service and store service also . Had my kitchen units delivered no problems everything came out well packaged and the delivery guys are very nice and polite . Well done wickes we always use the wickes for all our diy items . Will upload when my kitchen is completed .”

“We ordered two tall louvre doors yesterday to be delivered today (Saturday). We were told they would be delivered between 7 and 12am and they arrived at 10.30. Well packaged in good condition. We would recommend Wickes and it's customer service.”

“Well sorry to disappoint everyone on here I've had my kitchen designed by Amanda warrington did a perfect job exactly what I wanted. Its now been flitted and I love it. Cannot fault anything perfect... Fitters spot on, friendly, never stopped I cannot reccomend them enough. So as far as I'm concerned they have done a first class service. Thank you Amanda, carl, Jordan your all Amazing .”

“I felt I had to write this after reading some bad reviews. We bought our kitchen from the Elmers End branch in Kent. The staff were very helpful and we had no problems with delivery. We are extremely pleased with the kitchen and our fitter Jeff was excellent as he fitted the kitchen expertly and was very tidy, clearing up as he went along. All in all an extremely professional job. A few panels were left over and we had no problems with a refund. I’m glad I didn’t read any of the bad reviews or I would not have chosen Wickes but I am very glad we did!”

“I visited the Chorley store last night around 6:30pm. They didn’t have stock of the decking boards I needed. Went well over and above by calling around different stores and finding a store who would deliver to me. Sorry I didn’t get there names a gent and a lady 6:45 is last night. Well deserve a pat on the back.”

“I bought a kitchen from wickes. It is stunning however there were a couple of small things to go wrong as with all major builds. I contacted cus services and they were excellent. Couldn't do enough to help. They were patient and understanding and replaced things free of charge even though they weren't really responsible. I really can't say enough about how good this company were to deal with from beginning to end.”
