Disgusting customer service. I ordered and paid for a 1000mm wall unit online and arranged delivery, what turned up was a 1000mm base unit. I spent 30 mins waiting on the phone only to then be told by an advisor you need to get your wife to call as it was her credit card used to purchase even though i had made the order in my own name, goodbye she said, i then had to postpone the job i was doing and called again the next day before the wife set off to work. Another 27mins wait and i finally got to talk to an advisor who never asked for my wife at all and simply dealt with myself. I now have to wait until next week for a replacement which i hope will be correct. NEVER AGAIN..

We had a design and installation appointment for 8am 11 February for new kitchen and downstairs cloakroom my husband took the morning off work. The design consultant didn’t turn up and they didn’t have the courtesy to ring us and let us know.

I had a kitchen fitted and had the walls tiled which are a disaster. We paid a lot of money for the tiles and Wickes tiler came in and put the tiles up then he started to grout the tiles I have never seen such a mess you would have thought it had snowed in our kitchen. We are now in dispute with Wickes over the bad workmanship of the walls. They refuse to inspect the work and we want our money back.

These are the worst kitchens I've ever installed. The units are not braced at the back making them very difficult to level up. Really poor quality all round.

The most inept and pathetic customer service that exists.LETS DO IT RIGHT is a joke so called TELFORD BRANCH completion of bathroom and the estimated cost escalated by the installer £500 plus. NO one at wickes wants to help.5 months later still waiting for the electrical cert. and tiling to be completed. Design consultant and any customer service staff have declined my invitation to discuss problems. DO NOT BUY FROM WICKES Spend your money with someone that cares. ONCE WICKES have your money the old saying comes to mind _ _ _ _ _ _ _ jack _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ have

Items ordered with 14 day lead time… Items ordered with 14 day lead time which is a very long time for anywhere that says its in stock these days and 4 day later Sent a message saying it would be 28days, its a basin and tap why does it need to wait for one of you delivery lorrys to deliver just send out by courier like everyone else, your pushing trades to buy from you then offer an out of date service first and last time I'll every use keep well clear of wicks if you actually want your products. Customer service just like the well known comedy sketch (computer says no) thanks for nothing wicks

Waterlooville branch has the most obnoxious, rude and aggressive staff I have ever seen in any kind of shop. There is a level of respect that you would expect to be treated with baring in mind that you are spending your money on them yet they lack any respect or human values. I feel they need to be professionally investigated especially after reading more and more reviews of people that have had the same experience. In the shortest way of saying it, avoid this company like Covid.

Wickes bathroom fitted as a guest bathroom so not used very frequently. Valve on built in toilet cystern now requires replacement which involves removing the toilet! Expensive job! Also poor quality stainless steel used on toilet seat brackets as they continually rust & look dirty POOR QUALITY products. Never again!

Will never EVER use Wickes again. They lied to us on 3 occasions saying our order was on the van giving us a delivery date. 3 separate days we waited in all while they pretended to give us updates on the time slot etc. 3 times we had to ask our builders, tiler, electrician and plumber to reschedule which had a knock on affect with their other jobs. We finally found out that they never had our items in stock. They took our money and continued to lie so that they could keep it. We have a young family and without the bathroom for the length of time we ended up waiting was a nightmare. Had they have been honest and said it wasn't in stock we could have organised something else and saved a lot of people a lot of messing about, lost money and stress. They then made it difficult for us to cancel and get our money back. Strongly advise to stay well away from using Wickes.

We had a bathroom fitted in 2020 a job that was meant to be finished in 2 weeks took 3 months. We had 3 shower cubicles fitted and the backing display panels to the shower were bowed and had to be returned. The job was meant to start on the Monday 13th September but was delayed on the afternoon of Friday 10th for 2 weeks as they had not completed the previous job . Wickes could not organise drink up in a brewery and as for customer services either in the showroom or their head office is non existent. I would implore you before you put pen to paper on an order form or part with any cash READ THEIR CUSTOMER REVIEWS. All they want is your cash UP FRONT. ! I have worked in retail sales for over 30 years and this business is a joke.! had they treated me with respect as a customer , I would have sang their praises, , but all they gave in return was a very sad state of affairs .

After having numerous problems with our fitted kitchen due mainly to the "professional" installer, 12 months later we have discovered two slow leaks from the pipework under the sink. We had a problem with our washing machine, which meant pulling it out, only to find thick black mould on the walls and pipes and a wet floor and tiles. My husband has had to cut the unit around the pipes to tighten up the connections and stop the leak, and hopefully it will now be ok. Yet again the installer has proved us right-he was highly unprofessional and should not be allowed anywhere near people's new units and appliances! Do not let a Wickes installer near your new kitchen if you want a good job doing. We wish we had arranged a fitter ourselves abd would never use Wickes again.

Totally awful company - They mis sold us a kitchen that is too tall for our ceiling. Little engagement concern or proactive assistance to help with us trying to literally fit a square peg in a round hole. I would never shop in Wickes again. They exploit their staff with no safety equipment and ignore customers post sale. Steer clear there are plenty of other kitchen companies I wish we had shopped around.

Don't buy Wickes gift tokens, they don't honour them when their stores are closed due to Covid, instead choosing to rip off their customers and just keep your money for nothing in return. Customer Service department are unhelpful and don't care at all.

Faulty fire safety product still within warranty, promised refund by phoning customer services - NEVER CAME, phoned again, told now NOT gettng refund so obviously kicked off and they eventually said they were sorry, person who told me that woud be investigated and I would get refund within 14 days - NEVER CAME - blasted Wickes facebook site and Trustpilot reviews then customer services emailed me saying refund within 21 more days "CHEQUE IS IN THE POST" HAHA REALLY? 2022?- now 31 days later STILL NO REFUND - They also tried to get my review deleted rather than dealing with problem - LIES LIES LIES and shocking service especially on a fire safety product - Now contacted the CEO David Wood see what he thinks about it? - you should be so ashamed WICKES!!!

If I could put -1 I would, but it’s not an option. Absolute cowboys and lairs from start to finish. Their customer service team are disgusting and threaten you when you have a problem. Don’t get a bathroom or kitchen from them ever!!!!!!

DON'T USE WICKES ONLINE. They are some unbelievable sneaky people, this is a first for me and wow thank the lord it wasn't a massive purchase. It started from a next day delivery with DX Express (this was my first induction of something sus because I have never heard of them I later looked them up and they are bad) that was not next day delivery more like never came. They first said "DX apologises we're unable to deliver item ********today. We will deliver within 2 working days". 4 days went by I checked the DX Express tracking they say it's with them but its not being delivered..... Two more days went by I check DX Express, still the same its with them. I check Wickes status its says It has been delivered...What that doesn't make sense I send emails to customers service they say where look into it then get back to me but don't know when where let you know when we have info. I said I want a refund and they said they will issue it "Please allow up to 3 to 5 days for the refund to show in your account" TWO WEEKS LATER they acting like they don't know anything and say it was delivered not on there first imaginary date they said but a different date the same date as DX Express. People it was not delivered I have a ring camera and someone at home at all times. Disgusting customer service, they have my money I have nothing. All I can do is help someone else

DO NOT BUY AT WICKES - UNRELIABLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT Monday this week, ordered over 500 of timber to be delivered on WED, paid 30 pounds for the delivery. Got a text delivery would be WED from 7am-1pm. No delivery on WED. Called customer service and had the most disengaged, non helpful, "computer says I don't know" lady saying "We have no idea why this wasn't delivered, someone will call you later today from deliveries." No one called, and just now, called customer service again, and, again, got the most uninsterested customer service rep, who stated, "this should be delivered tomorrow". Meanwhile, I have booked builders to do the work yesteday and today and now I am out of pocket as there is no wood for them. To this, the customer service, nearly falling asleep, said "Terms and Conditions advises not to book trade until we've successfully delivered." So what I have is a fully incompentent company taking my money, guaranteeing a delivery service, and then not providing what I have paid for, and then with the most useless customer service they do NOTHING to resolve the issue, give me no concrete resolution, and I am out of pocket on my supplies and builders and the work is not done. Wickes will NEVER get any of my money again and I spend well over 100K a year on building supplies developing properties. What a useless, unreliable company, with poorly trained, unhelpful, uncaring customer service representatives. I would be ashamed to run a company who treats customers this way. The worst thing about all this, is I have NO idea when this wood will show up.

This is a company that really could not care less. They just blame everything and everyone but not themselves for such a poor service. Avoid using unless you enjoy being let down with no back up. I really don’t know why they bother with a customer care department all there responses are generic anyway
