“Never any problems with sailings and always accommodate earlier sailing if arrivied early if they can board you. Polite and courteous staff and overall a great experience. Dogs love being at the front in the breeze. They know it’s holiday time”

“Ferry was clean and the one crew member we spoke to to ask where the pet area was, was friendly and helpful. Compared to the seating in the main passenger area, the seating in the pet area appeared a bit "tired", but still comfortable. There was a "cleaning station" available in case of pet accidents. The only negative comment is that the refreshment kiosk in the pet area was closed, so any "solo" passengers had to either take thier dog down to the main passenger salon, or leave thier dog unattended if they wanted any refreshments.”

“Booked a return from Portsmouth to Fishbourne last week. I had to amend my times and the staff were incredibly helpful. Our trips ran smoothly and the staff and organization boarding the ferry was easy. Will definitely book again. Thanks to all at Wightlink”
