“Very friendly and excellent customer service. Love the Stampede Hats. I got the 5 Star Buckle and love it. Very comfortable and enjoyable to wear! Lots of compliments received. There are three more in the same line that I have my eye on and will be ordering in the future. I will advise that you might want to check the sizing chart. It said I needed a small but it was actually a medium I needed. So I had to return the small and order the medium. They sent some sizing tape just in case but it was not needed. I recommend ordering the next size up. But hey that’s just my opinion. They made the transaction to exchange easy. Call and ask. They’re good people and they’ll help. They have earned my repeat business and I respect they support and donate to the CFF! Peace!”

“I placed my order and almost immediately received an email assuring me my order was being worked on and would be shipped promptly. I was asked to make contact if there were any shipping issues so that they could be taken care of in a timely manner. I received my hat quickly and it fit perfectly and was everything I wanted and more. I will definitely be using Willow Lane again for all my hat needs.”
