“This film is easy to use and is very attractive. I have used some in the window lites on my front door, and also on a mirror to hide a crack near the edge. It removes easily and in one piece.”

“I am happy with the quality of the product. I give the product 5 stars. Due to the unknown shrinkage variable I give it 3 stars. I am unhappy because I ordered a 78” long cling knowing that I’d be 1” short with my 79” sidelight window. I’d simply be 1/2” short on the top and bottom. However, hidden in the installation guidelines is information I wish I had known before I ordered: “When measuring windows or doors, especially long ones, add 1" to your measurements of length to allow for up to 1% shrinkage of film when it is removed from backing.” If I had known this prior to ordering I would have ordered a custom order. I am 2” short at the top of my window. The design is beautiful and it gives our door the look of the tropics but the blank space at the top cheapens the look.”

“I never received the film, so I don't really know what it is like. Do not order if you are outside of the US. The cost of the film I was trying to order was already a bit on the high side, but I was hoping to get what I paid for. Apparently Window Film World hasn't figured out a reasonable system for international distribution, however. After exorbitant import fees and taxes, I could have had a professional installation for almost the same cost. I ended up rejecting the delivery and am still expected to pay shipping costs, if not more. I finally found something comparable on Amazon.ca for a fraction of the overall cost, and received it without any additional fees.”

“We ordered a small window cling. We loved the design of a group of palm trees on an oval backing. After a week of no information on its shipping status, we sent an email to Window Film World. We received a reply that day, stating that there were personnel changes, and they would soon let us know the status of our order. We did not hear anything further, but received the decal about 5 days later. We are very pleased with the decal, it is just right for our window!”

“This is a customer service rating. It took almost 2 weeks to get my items. I emailed x3 and called x2 left messages and NO ONE BOTHERED TO RESPOND. BUT, you can now email me and request a review of your company. Little to say I will NOT recommend your company to anyone nor will I order again.”

“I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I tried to call for an update on the order, and the phone only goes to voicemail. I received an email response stating that they were going through "staffing changes". Multiple calls and emails and no resolution. They will take your money and run. DO NOT TRUST”

“I ordered window film March 7. Its now March 22nd and I never got a notice it was shipped. There is NO customer service. Calls during business hours don't get returned. An email the 24th did get a reply that they have staff issues and someone would get back to me very soon. More calls, more emails for status/refund all go unanswered. Ignore the online number its not live and NO CALL BACK EVER ! I have requested a refund via PayPal. Good Luck to anyone trying to buy something from this web site. I went to Amazon.”

“Only experienced one issue, could not clearly determine if the ad was for a single piece or for two pieces completing a sliding glass door. It would require ordering 2 pieces. This was not an issue for our application as I was only doing on large glass door, however it did make me question the price. The quality of the product is a definite 5 stars. Easy installation and quality of the product made installation a breeze.”

“Easy to install and well packaged. Was not sure if the order would be two pieces or one as it indicated for a sliding glass door. It was only one. We only need one as we have a glass door not sliding glass door. Anyway, the material was very heavy and easy to install. Very good quality.”

“I was surprised that it didn’t work on the inside of my truck. Being in Florida those things don’t last long. I was also sad that it was so small. I would love to have the marine corps that was twice the size of the one I purchased.”

“We love having big glass front doors but do like to change things around and are very pleased to have discovered window Film World. We ordered several different styles of static cling some with privacy, some with privacy and some without. We change the design monthly and are able to reuse styles easily. The films are a great product and durable.”
