“There has been lots of Buffering over the weekend particularly Sunday 16th Oct. almost every 30 seconds.
Called today and spent 10 mins on the phone to talk to no-one. Left a message with a call back service but still haven't heard from them!
Usually its a good service and prompt responses, (Except for weekends when you have to wait until Monday), Perhaps 'Connexin' is trying to engineer our Whisper service unusable so that we all buy their line service, telegraph poles and all.”
“My mum with whisper broadband and it’s absolutely shocking tried telling me it was my streaming service but soon as I showed the engineer it worked spot on, on my personal hotspot the guy didn’t know where to put his self the router is behind the tv as well so you’d think you’d get brilliant download speeds don’t even go past 2mbps sometimes definitely wouldn’t recommend”
“WE have had Wisper since they bought out our previous isp. In Jan of 2019 we signed a contract for more speed. It cost $125. On Feb 20 2022 I discovered they were offering the same speed for $65. I contacted them the next day and was told by two agents that price has been going on for over 7 years. They transferred me to the manager Mr Micheal K who was rude and clearly wasn't interested in my complaint. He wanted to continue the over payment until NEXT billing cycle to change the price to normal. Not offering any credits at all while I'VE over payed $2160. He always spoke in a very condescending manner. His reasoning was that price is for new customers only we FORGOT TO PUT THAT IN! Yet he agrees to change the price in the future?! It doesn't say that NOWHERE in the plans! Also if there's an outage (almost everyday) we would be FIRST to get service! Not good enough for an EXTRA $60 per month. Plus we are all working off the SAME tower! Then he stated that price has only been going on for two weeks (not according to the first two agents)! Total humiliation for a person in management.”
Hi Derrick, having read your review it seems you are refering to Wisper Internet/ISP based in the midwest of the USA. I recently had a payment issue but couldn't call , so messaged on fb messenger to ask for a call from them which they did within 10 minutes, if a lot of companies worked this way they would get fabulous reviews just like theses guys at wisper broadband
Apart from that iv had no issues with my broadband, reception is spot on

“Wisper is a very good broadband provider we had a little technical issue on the first day and the came out the next day to sort it free of charge it's cheap reliable and constant study internet connection”
“If there was a zero star rating I would put it. Really poor customer service, they don't care if your struggling they just want your money and give you an absolutely rubbish service. the woman you speak to when you ring is rude and inconsiderate. I've had multiple problems with my service and I've been told I will never get a refund or compensation. They have even told me I need to choose between getting my partner to chemotherapy or paying my bill”

“Am really happy with the service and how fast there came checked the signal for my area and fitted the wisper broadband 3 days the team on the phones where very helpful and friendly and the work men who fitted the equipment in was really friendly and fast and even cleaned up the mess from the drills and put rubbish in bin and my broadband is very fast can't say anything bad it's all good am a very happy customer thank you very much wisper broadband”
