According to my info I show some items missing! Sent me two pair of pants the color blue and I ask for color indigo….is indigo blue? Do not care for pants not what I ordered according to catalog! You know I have been ordering items from woman within for a long time and your clothes DO NOT look look like clothes in catalog!! Sending pants back and would like to send bra back but I wore it……do not like it at all! I will keep the other blue pants but would you please print me a return slip so I can mail these back! I paid women within over $300 for three shirts the rest of my order was never shipped and they charged me 3 late charges for a bill that I got the day after it was due I will never order from there again and tell all to be careful with this company

I will never order from this company again. I had to return clothing and they charged a $10.99 fee if you choose to have your return credit applied to your original method of payment (mine was a credit card).

I should have checked reviews before ordering. Can't get my paid for merchandise. Just excuses about shipper backup, etc. I am disputing my credit card charge. Don't do it!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP.

Worst experience of my life. Decided to order 2 lounger sets. Called Women Within. The customer service man had a very thick accent that was very hard to understand. Gave the item number and my preferred colors. Took him FOREVER to look it up, and tried to upsell me. I politely said no thank you. Tried several times after saying this will just take a moment. I continued to say no thank you. He then continued to TALK over me when I tried to decline his sale. I finally got so upset that I said “STOP TALKING OVER ME!!”. Never acknowledged what he was doing. Then while processing the order tried several times to get me to buy into a monthly subscription. I said no. When he said the order was complete and I asked for a confirmation number he repeatedly said it so fast I couldn’t understand him. He then decided slow his speech so low that he was obviously was mocking me. The order did arrive. The quality was not great, wore the pants one day and they already have a hole in them. I’m obviously never ordering from this company again!

Placed Order 09/22/24 2 bras $106.00. Over a month later no merchandise and no refund. Spoke to 3 different people saying the same thing giving me the run around. Do not Order from their sight they will steal your money as they did to me. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering. I see all of the complaints and monetary theft from customers and I am considering a class action lawsuit against Women Within.

Wanted to return a bra that does not fit properly. Looked up return policy. They charge a fee of $10.99 “return fee” that will be deducted from your original purchase plus, the fact that you need to pay for return postage. Will never buy from this company again. I find this policy outrageous!

The customer service is horrible period I spent over an hour on the phone. Trying to get information about opening a credit card and what the interest rates would be and I got, I had to call 5 times and I got transferred 7 times and they just send you rounded circles. They say they don't know that however, Romans, JC Penney's target Walmart, they held. Other interest rate and I asked the top supervisor why didn't they tell me at the beginning because I started out customer service and got transferred 5 × 6 × 2 them and then I got back to customer service. And I don't think the integrity of their customer service is very good because they really don't care.They just pass you round and round

The shoes were bought and paid over $20 extra dollars for express shipping. Said 2-3 days , I assumed we would get in 2-3 days. The shoes came 7 days after we ordered and they would not refund shipping. Also shoes run small , not true size 10s!!

Cheap material, lie about the actual material used, have to pay shipping which is high! Used to love but u guess they got bought by another Wall Street greedy POS holding company calling itself Fullbeauty Brands Operation LLC

I called woman within to pay my final bill in the amount of $674, approximately, and was told told I had paid my bill in full. The following month I received another bill for late payment and interest. Rather than call making a call to complain, I paid the bill and again was told I had paid my bill in full. I have received another bill and I called again but this time I have had enough. I asked for a correction to be made but the young lady refused and just kept repeating how much I had to pay. I was not polite when I hung up. I am very angry and I will NEVER pay them another penny. I’m putting a notice about this on my credit report. Btw, they don’t even deserve one star.

I had a giftcard for $46.00. I bought a pair of shorts for $21.00 and they say I don’t have a balance on my gift card. I will not be ordering from them again. How disappointing that is.

I had ordered 3 rib-trim cardigan shrugs on 6/27. I got 2 of them. I never got info on the other one, and frankly forgot about it and assumed maybe they had a credit for me. Well guess what showed up 4 months later? The other one. This company over-sells and under-customer services.

I bought shoes. Cost to me: $68.87. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I was told by customer service I had to return them and then buy a new pair. They are only refunding me $42.00. My net loss is $26.87. PREDATORY RETURN POLICY. BEWARE!!!!

I HAVE NEVER HAD A HALF WAY DECENT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING AT WOMAN WITHIN. THIS LATEST ONE THEY DID NOT HONOR MY 50% OFF COUPON. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY PREYING ON THE ELDERLY. SHAME ON THEM! NEVER AGAIN

I have been a Woman Within customer since the early 90's, when they broke away from the Sears Catalog. For 30 years I was a return customer, but no more. Woman Within was purchased by an investment firm registered in England. The clothes no longer fit "true to size" as the 7 day pants are too long and the Tunic T's are boxy and too big. I tried to place an order this month (Oct 2024) and again the 7 day pants are 4 inches too long and the 1X plaid blouses are 2 sizes too big. So I went out to their "happy returns" site to start a return and all 4 of the items are marked "already returned" even though I have not returned any of them. This business seems to have huge cyber hacking problems "from within" their corporation. I was extremely concerned about receiving any refund or exchange credit for something marked "already returned" on their website.

I purchased merchandise. It didn’t fit . I mailed it back I never received credit. I called 23 times to woman within and community bank. I had mailing receipts and I was ignored. Failing g to pay the bill I am ———- Now paying off 100 merchandise snd its costing 400. Never buy from this company. They are fraud. Totally disgusted. Ripe. Off that’s why they have an F rating !!

Tonight I tried to order a woman's full slip from Woman's Within. The web site would not register my size or color choice after repeated tries and page ‘reloads’. I tried Woman Within, Roaman’s, Catherine’s and finally Jessica London. Also the price for the slip on all four affiliate web sites was $12.99; it was the same product number even. But something was wiggy with all of the sites. The first three would not allow me to enter my size and color, but kept defaulting to a far to large size and a color I didn’t want. So I finally called them, in the order above. Woman Within after going through the motions just hung up on me. Roaman’s customer service person disconnected me. Then Catherine’s put me on hold to get an answer from a manager and that call was disconnected as well. All of the employees kept saying the price was $21.99, which was half-off. None would honor the $12.99. ALL of the people who answered the phone were not judging from their accents, in the USA. None of them were helpful or sincere. So I gave up on calling Jessica London directly and tried one last time and was able to get the Jessica London web site to take my size and color and the $12.99 price; I placed the order saving $9.00. What a night mare. Woman Within has certain products I truly need, but after this, I just can’t imagine doing business with them anymore or their affiliate companies, all pretty much offering the exact same merchandise. BTW, 2+ years ago and longer when I called any of their numbers, I spoke with someone here in the USA because I always shared that I was calling from California, and was curious where I was calling. From that answer we often had a nice rapport as my order was filled and processed. It was usually somewhere in the south. IMHO, the need for high quarterly profits beyond reason long outweighs having and paying for decent help.. for Americans. It all makes me sick, because at 70, I remember when we had the greatest customer service in the world….
