When you place an order with Women Within answer the phone immediately, but when you have a problem you get left on the phone for over a half hour I had bad service was hung up on and the problem was never resolved I've been a customer for over 5 years and I've always paid my bill on time the accommodations for their errors are constantly ignored.

terrible business do not do business with, Woman Within. Untrustworthy, do not answer phones. Does not have any right to do business. Shut them down FRAUD.

Ordered on April 11 3 tops and have yet to be shipped. They sent me a bogus email saying shipping is late due to the pandemic. However I have ordered items from other websites without any problem. Will not order from here again.

ordered a dress on 3/24 and have never received it. This morning I discovered a $14 charge that was put on my account yesterday. I think it might be for shipping however I did not realize the shipping charge was based on the amount of the order ($82). Every time I call customer service I get the recording that basically says they are too busy and I get cut off. Is this a legitimate company???? At this point I would like a refund but can't get connected with an actual person. I have sent emails but so far have not received any response.

Placed a order on April 11th, still has not shipped, sent many emails no response, and they have very long wait time on phone inquiries 29-30 min

Ordered my items on 4/5 and still have not received my items. Have placed a called and was told the items will mot ne shipped out until 4/19. I still have not received my items but money has left my account. This is absolutely horrible shipping service. I have purchased thru Torrid and have received my items in 4 days time. I will NEVER order from this company again!!

I placed my order on 4/10, I have called customer service 3 times and every time they say our warehouse is busy and backed up. I'm worried that my items I ordered will be back ordered or sold out by the time my order ships!!! Horrible customer service! Average of 20 minutes hols time if you call! And that's on a good day!

Shipping and handling is way too much . slow delivery unless I pay express.and quality of clothing is not as good as it use to be. My tops get little holes in them..may have to rethink my ordering in the future.ive been a we member for many years

As I write this review, I have been waiting for an hour for a customer service representative. I want to find out where my order is that I place 3 weeks ago. A customer service rep came on the line at one point momentarily and then I was mysteriously back in the wait loop. I am beyond disgusted with this company. What is wrong with them? They are the worst. They have lost a customer.

Placed order early March. Was “in process” for 3 weeks and they would not cancel order because of that status. Said they would include shipping label for free return. Did not include shipping label. Already paid original shipping of $16.99 for an order I cancelled! Still trying to reach customer service. Mysteriously got disconnected 2x while they were looking into issue and I am again on hold now for 45 min. Will never use this company or any associated companies such as Catherine’s, roamans etc. What a rip off company. A person should be able to cancel an order BEFORE it is shipped!

I placed an order on February 20. I returned these items immediately. It is now April 16, 2021, and I have not received my refund. I did receive an e-mail from them on March 24 stating my return had been processed, but they have not or will not refund my money.

I've been ordering from Woman Within for over 10 years. I ordered items March 30th and still have not received them. This is ridiculous.

I placed two separate orders on March 30, 2021. It is now April 9th and my orders are still in processing. Not yet shipped. I called customer service and was told it would probably be weeks before I receive my orders as they are backed up. I then asked them to cancel my orders since they haven't shipped. I was told I could not cancel but had to wait until I received items then return them at my expense!!!!!!!! What a scam. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this company

This company is nothing but as a scam. I have checked on the status of an order I made and was given a tracking number only to find out that when I went to check again using the same order number I was told there was no record of that number. Consumers are constantly being scammed by scam companies with impunity. Instead of asking me what went wrong, try offering me my money back. The questions being asked after the comment section don't apply to me as I never received my order.

I don't dislike their products. The clothes are inexpensive so not of extremely high quality but great for everyday wear. However, orders take 5-7 days before they even ship and then you have to wait 5-7 days before they get to you and you PAY for shipping. Also if you call customer service you are on terminal hold for 30-60 minutes and of course they cannot assist you. I'll never purchase from them again. Too many other reputable companies out there for everyday wear.

It should not cost the consumer to send items back....what happened to return postage sent WITH the items,? Cost me over 8$ to send one pair of pants back. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not order from this company. Customer service is rude and not helpful. Placed an order 4 weeks ago, when it didn't arrive between 5 to 7 business days I started calling. They didn't want to hear anything. They said it takes a little longer. I asked for a refund of the $14.99 I paid for shipping since it didn't arrive. They said no. I asked to have the order re-shipped, they said they can't discuss that until 30 days. I am now looking at 30 days. The track your order on the website used to have a delivery date and now it doesn't. It keeps changing the location of the package...I try to track it down and everyone in the chain denies having it. This has been a horrible disappointment. I have never ever experienced difficulty ordering anything online except from this company. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I've used this company for years. The quality goes down every year. Most everything I've ordered in the last year was on backorder. It's as if they don't keep stock. They send emails for 50% of EVERYTHING and then nothing you put in your cart qualifies. They send emails for 50% off sales and they've doubled the price on everything! They have become nothing more than a scam. It's sad because I used to love to shop with them.

I placed two orders days apart and did not receive the first one but the second one came the following day. It shows the order was delivered but it did not come to my house. Called and received HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The girl kept talking over me and told me to go online and MAIL an affidavit, not email or fax, and it will take 6 weeks to receive a refund. Bottom line, NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Poor customer service.
