If I knew know what bad customer service you have that I would never order. On line there were 3-4 e-mails about getting up to certain amounts discounts on your shoes. I have a hard time buying shoes because my foot is wide. I saw a pair that caught my eye running over $100. I tried to applied the discount and was kicked out each time. I shipping cost was exuberant making my shoes $140.67. Next day here came more coupons for $ 40 off. I called customer service. The girl kept saying sorry sorry sorry. She even got off the phone to speak to someone and said sorry no discount with some mumbling jumbo they were coming from a third party and fee was $27.99 and you tried to return for money another fee would be tacked on. Also said I could not cancel this purchase because it was in transit. I asked about the new coupons which came out the next day and she said I need to call to order which it doesn’t state anywhere to talk with someone about what I can get for the discount. They said I can exchange shoes but who wants the hassle when you may never get back what you purchased or get another size that fits. Take notice this company will not help anyone. Read beforehand company reviews and purchase at your own risk.
