Horrible customer service, lies on chat to shut you up.. claim they can initiate exchange but then never do. Still haven't received the correct item. They sent refund.. would not recommend

I haven't even recieved my item yet and have had a horrible customer service experience. The lady was rude and very unprofessional. Because of this one interaction I will not buy from them again.

I found a phone number for their customer service and call them on the March 16th and found out the robes are backordered till June.
