“The products we purchased were of a very high quality. One item had to be ordered in especially and I was telephoned personally to be advised there would be a short delay in delivery. I was phoned again a few days later and told it was now in stock and would I be at home the next day to receive my order.”

“My current outlet for Woods dishcloths no longer trades . Consequently I ordered my replacements online. They arrived promptly , securely parcelled and wrapped in quality brown paper as the old-style bookshops used with books. In my haste to write a review of Woods excellent products and service I stupidly commented on another item from a completely different supplier. After being contacted by Andrew Bean of Woods offering to replace these fictitious "faulty goods" I was mortified by my actions. What service indeed! These comments are a genuine attempt to right the wrong I have done to the outstanding reputation of this fine company. Sincere apologies to all affected. Terry Harvey”
