“I remember my mother receiving special parcels when I was little, but Woods is the only company I have ever received such an impeccable personal and professional service from in all my 45 years. My package was delivered, carefully wrapped in brown paper and with a personal note inside. It exuded quality and old-fashioned care… sadly something that has been lost in today’s consumer-driven throwaway society. It gave me immense joy to unwrap the parcel. The little pillow and spare case were also beautiful quality. Thank you so much.”

“I had a terrible issue with ParcelForce losing my Parcel, after a week of messing around with calls to them I called Woods who dispatched via Royal Mail immediately, my Parcel arrived 2days later. i can not praise this company enough. So to now review my purchase, only T-Towels and they are absolutely fantastic.”
