“Outstanding customer service that stands by their product and service. Our Regency propane gas stove glass shattered unexpectedly and Woodstove Fireplaceglass had a replacement for this older model and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping, but they quickly replaced it! I would highly recommend them.”

“Glass seemed a smidge shorter than expected but glass fit with just enough coverage. Video for installing gasket was very helpful, too! Installed and has been a wonderful replacement.”

“Being asked for a review 5 years later is both good and bad. Good because I still have the glass and it is still holding the fire back from leaping into my living room and having it's way with me. The glass shape was good and it fit in with no troubles. The bad part of the company waiting 1800 days is I don't recall how the service and delivery were. I'm going with 5 stars overall because while I may not remember much, I do know they didn't make me feel bad about my purchase. I'll go with 8 stars on whether I would recommend them again because my memory ain't as good as it once was but I don't see any reason to not. Basically, if I am stupid enough to chop kindling in front of a $100 piece of glass again, I'd contact this company for a replacement.”

“It was very easy for me. I knew the model number of the stove I had. The manufacturer discontinued this model. I plugged in the manufacturer's number for the glass, it came up quickly. Ordered the new glass. Days later it came in the mail. Very fast delivery. I also watched a detailed video found on WoodStove-Fireplaceglass. Just like that, I installed a glass that the Manufacturer told me good luck on a discontinued stove. Priced reasonably too!”
