“My poor sweet wife broke our glass trying to hammer a log into the firebox. Yall got a new one to us in about four days and now we're cozy. It was our only source of heat after being snowed in without power for four days!”

“Outstanding customer service that stands by their product and service. Our Regency propane gas stove glass shattered unexpectedly and Woodstove Fireplaceglass had a replacement for this older model and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping, but they quickly replaced it! I would highly recommend them.”

Valerie, Looks like from your order you purchased tempered glass. Tempered glass should not be used in a woodstove - it generates too much heat for that type of glass. If i was for a fireplace then it could be the unit is getting too hot. If you would like to call i can guild you through it. Mike 217-223-0999

“Being asked for a review 5 years later is both good and bad. Good because I still have the glass and it is still holding the fire back from leaping into my living room and having it's way with me. The glass shape was good and it fit in with no troubles. The bad part of the company waiting 1800 days is I don't recall how the service and delivery were. I'm going with 5 stars overall because while I may not remember much, I do know they didn't make me feel bad about my purchase. I'll go with 8 stars on whether I would recommend them again because my memory ain't as good as it once was but I don't see any reason to not. Basically, if I am stupid enough to chop kindling in front of a $100 piece of glass again, I'd contact this company for a replacement.”
