“The glass fit perfectly and arrived undamaged. However, it was grossly oerpriced. I misunderstood the add and thought that for over $100 (including tax and shipping) that I was receiving a piece of glass for each door.”

“The service and website were great. The gasket was great too, exactly what I needed. The adhesive it came with was 1) thin and runny (yes, I did make sure it was mixed); 2) clear. I would have preferred a colored adhesive so I could see it going on, and see it coming off when I need to replace the gasket next time. I will order from these folks again, but I’ll order a different adhesive.”

“Custom glass fit perfectly. I would have liked to have had the option of a gasket added to my initial order. No one suggested that I order it, and I had the impression that gaskets were shipped automatically with the glass. As it turns out, I probaby don't need the gasket, but I would have chosen to have it shipped w/ initial order, if I had been advised that it was not included. If I had ordered it afterwards, I would have had to pay $10 in shipping.”

“Glass was easy to order and arrived in just a few days. Lucky for us the old glass didn’t break during a real cold snap, because wood is our only heat source. My only complaint is that the glass was so costly.”

Yes as inflation continue rising, we have to adjust. The raw glass price is 40% higher than it was just two years ago. We strive to keep our prices down but we have to adjust

“I had two big cracks in my last 3/8" Jotul woodstove glass. But the glass was intact, so I ordered a new one from Woodstove Fireplace Glass and placed it next to (inside) the cracked glass window. Now I have a strong 3/4" thick double pane window. I cleaned up the old one before installing the new one right next to it, and the window is crystal clear. I really like having the extra thick glass. I think it would be nice to be able to order at least a 1/2" thick pane... jus' sayin'.”

“This was a very nice replacement piece of glass for my wood-burning stove. I measured the piece of glass I took out and it measured 8 3/8” X 13”. The replacement glass was exactly that. However the glass fit over the opening -barely! It could have been an eighth of an inch wider, 8 1/2 inches. It looks great!”

“My only complaint is the arch portion of the glass was a bit to big for the frame. So I had to trim the frame to make the glass fit. But the quality is good and the glass is clear”

“The glass fit perfectly and was delivered in a few days. Just in time before the worst cold of the year arrived. Thought it was a little expensive but I appreciated the quick service. Not an easy install. Had to use torch and welder to get old glass retaining screws out. Welded nuts on the old screws and heated the area around them with the torch.”

“My replacement glass arrived safely and quite rapidly after I ordered it with instructions included. I also ordered a new gasket kit--(3/8") which I hope to put around the glass but it was too thick and most likely a gasket to line the door. I did not see an option to purchase the correct gasket size for around my stove's glass window. (MORSO 7110). I will save it for when the door gasket needs to be replaced.”
