Extremely misleading pricing, when you think it's a bargain it's only if you pay in full at time of booking, it doesn't tell you this until you start the booking process.

Very confusing tabs regarding booking selection if you've never used the site before. Also when attempting to adjust calendar it decided you were attemtping to leave the page and you had to re-visit the site several times

Seems one is unable to pay in full when making the booking?? I then received email saying I wouldn't be reminded to pay balance and if I didn't the booking would be cancelled When I tried to pay balance it wouldn't go through so chatted online to advisor who insisted I had to phone in to resolve the issue I refused to do so as the only number quoted was a non geographic number and I refuse to use these on principle (they cost me 35p per minute on my plan and are never available on any package for zero charge). No mobile or geographic number could be made available so In the end the advisor called me and processed the payment.

ADVERTISED DEALS MISLEADING My experience today was a poor one unfortunately , 2 hours to book a 3 day weekend getaway in a caravan , that we have done before . I took a lot of time finding the deal of week booking , no available deal after searching over an hour. i suggest When advertising deals when fully booked you should take from the website when full. This would avoid unnecessary time WASTED trying to book that offer. I understand that things sell out fast but you normally put up a 1 left signal etc . to indicate that the deal is real at least . This time I am lend to believe it was false advertising on your behalf . Also re -sending the same advertised deals again to my account (re deal of the week) that are never available or the added 10 pound off deal on the website that is normally available when we book. . The customer cannot use this when on-line booking a holiday and only leaves me ( the customer )having a poor booking experience and may I add , leaves a feeling of un-trust. Good marketing you may think? a bit of a scam in my words . In the end as I had promised my family a weekend get away at the your resort I had to pay more then necessary on both accounts. Once when trying to book the 119 deal of a 2 bedroom bronze, having to upgrade to the silver caravan 139 and second when i wanted to use the 10 pound off saving for booking. Then when paying for my booking my account was all wrong, lucky your online help(Sue) was helpful or i was about to book elsewhere . We have been a customer of this resort for a while now, we don't spend a lot on acomodation but we do spend and thought we would be looked after a little more . customer service goes a long way . I will be thinking twice in the future when looking for a holiday stay in Woolacombe. Poor online experience

Unable to book camping at the site we wanted as not available until later in the year. However doesn't bother telling you that on the website, had to contact through the help section. Weekend now costing us substantially more than planned!

Not the easiest format to follow through the booking process, where to put your card details was unclear as well. Page crashed whilst paying so thought I hadn't booked. Good job I checked email or I wouldn't have known it had worked.

Thanks for your feedback. When choosing your accommodation, it shows the offers and payment options available before going onto the next stage; you would have been able to select a "pay in full" option at that stage (it would have been the same price) which would have triggered a full payment request at the final stage. The password reset button is shown during the booking process, it is possible that your email client can see an email as spam so it may be in your junk folder depending on your email provider. I couldn't get the images of the silver and bronze lodge to load. I couldn't see pictures of the accomodation which put me off booking them.

Found the new web site difficult to navigate to find the info I wanted and when trying to book because I am a previous customer my account would not open even after requesting a new pass word and had to ring customer services to sort it out so I could complete the booking.

The booking process was awful. No way of logging into our account from the home page. The new website makes navigation much harder. Especially when trying to log into account to retrieve a saved booking or make a payment.

Hi, I have been a customer for many years and have never had any issues with booking, however, the new website does not seem to function correctly. I work in IT so am not a stranger to technology. The site hangs when searching for the holidays and on some of the screens the option to change from weekend to week, for example, does not work. I have a very good laptop and superfast broadband so local connectivity is not the issue. I had to manoeuvre around a number of different screens as an entry to get a quote til I found one that worked. The old site seemed to function much faster and more efficiently. Sorry to moan but, if I were a new customer, I would get fed up and go to another site rather than keep trying to get a quote on the new website.

Took several attempts to book successfully. This was due to the web page 4 of 5 continually telling us we hadn't filled in sufficient details, when we had filled in identical details each attempt. On the fifth attempt it finally accepted the identical details. It would seem your web site will not accept bookings without a mobile phone number. What happens if you are one of the minority who do not have a mobile phone!! like us. Found the whole process very frustrating. Hope the holiday is going to be worth it.

been a couple of times to woolacombe bay camping the site is well located but the stay was nt enjoyable, the camping facilities were not very well maintained and when i raised a couple of issues i had in a civilised manner the receptionist got snotty hence we have not returned

Can't book 2 caravans together, have to phone which means more expensive then additional £20 to guarantee they are together! Rip off.

Unable to book more than 1 unit at a time, have to book by phone which costs more per unit then phone you to ask for them to both be next door, plus pay extra £20 to guarantee they are together! You are ripping people off.

The payment part was all in the wrong place and when I phoned to tell them about it they said it my my browser. Not very helpful

The pricing and information on the site is still too complex, please simplify. All the add ons and info...ahhh, I'm still not sure what to expect when we arrive i.e. is bedding provided, is there heating in the caravan ?
