“Stayed at Twitchen house a few times now. Never had any issues. This year our caravan was in need of some TLC as the radiators were all rusty (definitely need replacing) and had a shabby bathroom blind. Other than that, another pleasant stay and re booked for next year.”

“Lovely park, clean and well maintained not too busy. Pitch was in great location really pleased with general location and the facilities for dogs were great. Awesome walks to tourist and more secluded beaches were stunning if not hard on the legs!! Have already booked for next year.”

“Booking experience was OK. Would have booked 10 days but the need to book a 7 day and then 3 day booking was not cost effective especially if not guaranteed same van. And if same van guaranteed then should have a discount as you save on cleaning staff. Looking forward to our holiday next week.”

“I have an online account and it is so easy to book a holiday. It takes minutes and confirmation email is sent straight away. X. Looking forward to coming back again. This will be my 3rd visit this year. X. I am returning in September to celebrate my Husbands 60th Birthday and I know we will have a fabulous time. Xx. “Was all very easy. I couldn’t find anywhere to request certain accommodation easily. I know I could have phoned and wasn’t critical to my booking but I would have liked to have known if where we are is in a hilly area as we have a member of the family with slight mobility problems. Other than that was all good and looking forward to our first visit!”

“It’s an excellent place, the caravans were very spacious and spotless. And the view was stunning Couldn’t fault the staff very friendly. The bar does good and it was reasonably price and nice. My reason for the 4 stars was that there was not a lot to do on site. There was an indoor and outdoor pool but it lacked in any thing else. The amusements were poor and there was nothing else to do.”

“We stayed for 3 nights in a platinum 8 berth caravan with our dog, the caravan was beautiful and spotless plentiful of towels, linen and a welcome dog pack, of a small blanket and a ball rope, poo bags, very thoughtful. Unfortunately It was quite restrictive with our dog though because we were unable to enjoy the evening entertainment NO DOGS ALLOWED and no dogs to be left in the caravan, in the daytime your allowed, in the evening you're NOT. Just felt very tied in the evening on our 1st stay, but otherwise very clean all round staff are lovely.”

“A good clean site. The outdoor pool is great. Booking process okay apart from when we tried to be allocated near friends it was made impossible before arrival. Richard would benefit from training on the phone to keep customers happy and his phrase he repeats 'I am managing your expectations is really frustrating.' Once we arrived Buddy was really helpful and moved things around on his phone. It would be much easier and less time consuming for guests and Buddy for someone to do this at a computer desk with a reliable internet comnection so I would suggest a system is put in place to allow this as we won't be the last group to ask to be allocated near to eachother. It does not affect GDPR. The bar area that serves pizza is a nice alternative to the entertainment but music very quiet and couldn't be turned up. Indoor pool flumes broken whole time we stayed unfortunately. A clearer sign is needed for the outdoor pool changing rooms. Overall a nice site.”

“Been coming to these parks over a number of years now, but can Honestly say this is the worst stay I’ve ever experienced! We have had a HUGE group book and stay all around us (unbeknown to the park) and each and every night has been awful! Shouting , screaming, terrorising our dog, dumping rubbish, sitting on our pitch when we’ve been out for the day and kids just going wild late at night! They’ve really brought the tone of the park down and treat it like it’s a field and dumping ground. No respect or tolerance to others. So disheartening and Easewell don’t need these kind of people. Please ban all these families as they’re ruining other people’s holidays! So unhappy.”

“First time campers and first time here- wonderful place, really helpful staff. Everyone was happy and smiling and great with the kids. We had an electric hookup for the tent and it was brilliant. Super clean shower block, tables in the restaurant and bar - great to see. Generally the site looked well looked after . Loads of activities to do and entertainment for all ages - including a really knowledgeable session pond dipping with a ranger. Only down side was the morning chorus of the seagulls and crows at 5am. Hope to return in the near future - thank you 😊”
