“ I ordered a black edge to edge cardigan. I needed it to go to my sister's funeral. I ordered it on 2nd February and paid extra for express delivery - one working day. It did not arrive in time. It did not arrive until several days after the funeral. I contacted Woolovers and they repaid me £3 for the extra postage. Will not be using them again. ”
