“I bought a crib mattress pad. I live in USA and our crib mattresses are a bit larger so I knew the pad would be a bit short. I carefully cut off the fitted sheet part of the mattress pad, so I was left with a flat wool pad. I can now lay this in the center of my baby's crib mattress and put a fitted sheet over it. The wool is great quality. I have used many wool products over the years. I haven't been able to prove its waterproof-ness yet, but I am confident it will do just fine because it is 100% wool. Thank you!”

“I could not be happier with the purchase of my two delux wool Pillows .. I was slightly reluctant to pay the full price but they were on offer so I bought them but now I like them so much that I would not mind paying full price for them as they have really helped to reduce the bouts of sneeze attacks that my husband and son suffer from ,, They are worth every penny ..”

“Returned single mattress protector after ordering it by mistake. They tell me they haven’t received it so will not give me a refund. I am happy with the two double mattress protectors I have bought but the returns service is so bad that I will not use this company again.”

“If you are wanting a pain free sleep and excellent customer service, then I would recommend staying well clear of the products for sale by The Woolroom. Before buying one of their deluxe washable wool pillows, I researched products available and read all the reviews. I thought, as per their marketing, being able to adjust the amount of wool in the pillow was a wonderful feature. Little did I realise just how painful and lumpy their pillow would be. I have done everything - from pulling apart all the clumps of wool to putting more / less wool inside and nothing has worked. My neck and shoulder pain is worse than ever and I am back to using my basic IKEA pillow. I got in touch with the customer service at The Wool Room about wanting to return to completely unuseable pillow, but apparently, as per their terms and conditions if you even use it for one night, you can not return it. They are locking you into buying a product that is gimmicky and second rate and 100% not worth the amount of money you will spend on it. Do not make the same mistake that I made!”

“Ordered a washable wool bed toper. Delivery was really quick and item came with a nice cotton storage bag. Put on my bed straight away and definitely improves the comfort of my mattress. Will try the wool pillows when my current one need replacing.”

“Delivery was quick and with a good courier drop. The two deluxe wool pillows where not only beautifully made but the material cases with handles that they came in were also made to the same high standard. I am starting to experiment and adjust my pillows to my sleeping needs and the amount of wool filling (it's very easy) and just to add that in this summer nighttime heat I have noticed a real difference with a 'cooling' sensation in comparison to my previous (natural fill) pillows. Absolute recommendation.”

“An informative, helpful and friendly team coordinated a speedy and painless delivery which catered for my individual needs. “Offering was easy. However, my 2 pillows were a present to a couple in Germany (Essen), and the delivery caused some problems: the address was correct, but the name wasn’t. Instead of the couple’s name, my name was given. I received all the delivery messages here in England. I emailed PDP to correct this, but the correction had to come from the firm. One of your advisers asked for the driver to be contacted; that wasn’t possible. Finally, I contacted the couple in Germany, and they accepted the parcel I my name. Not a nice experience, since this was a present for the couple’s Golden Wedding. Glad it was solved in the end!! I haven’t had any comment about the use of the pillows.”

“We bought this to try and alleviate a hot memory foam mattress in the hot summer months. It definitely seems to have worked, with only the extreme hot nights causing over heating still. I am looking forward to it in the winter as well. The memory foam mattress is very good in the winter, but this topper just helps even out and regulate your temperature. It also provides a floating feeling on the mattress, almost like having a duvet underneath you! Top service from The Woolroom, received help online and then the order came the following day!”
