“I am delighted, as always with the products Woolroom offer. The new light Deluxe wool duvet arrived last week, beautifully made and ready to use once the weather gets warm again. I have enjopyed sleeping under the medium Deluxe wool duvet that was purchased some months ago so thought, as the lightweight duvet was on offer I would get it ready for use rather than pass up the opportunity of purchasing at such a great price. I shall seriously consider purchasing a wool pillow at some point in the future because they also seem worth having and it would be more comfortable than the memory foam pillow I have in use at present.”

“This was my first time using woolroom. I purchased a light wool duvet because I’m a sweaty sleeper and read that wool was a good fibre to stop me getting too sweaty. The produce came very nicely packaged in a little cotton zip bag, which felt luxurious and high quality. The duvet itself reflects this. It has a heavy, firm feel but doesn’t get too hot, which I like as it makes me still feel very cosy in bed even in the summer. The courier was DPD which was overall, good. My parcel was due to be delivered on 24th and had arrived at the depot, but for some reason didn’t make it out for delivery the next day. I rang DPD and their customer service was very helpful, recognised why I was ringing straight away, apologised and had the item delivered first thing the following day. Much better than Hermes. I’m very pleased with the produce and would use woolroom again.”

“After buying my medium wool duvet and loving it, I treated my son and his fiancee to a king-size light-weight duvet which they’re delighted with. Generous-sized with plenty of overhang, and just the right weight for them. They reported that they both slept like logs under it and it kept them lovely and cool.”

“I’m a very hot sleeper and been waking up in the middle of the night for over a month. After some research I found the Woolroom and I’m so glad I did, I’m sleeping so much better, don’t wake up sweating and I’m not tired all the time. Great quality, great products and service. “My Comforter was delivered very quickly considering I live in the USA and your company is across the pond. With that said very happy about that. One concern was that the box was damaged the fed ex driver indicated that he did not have anything to do with that. He indicated that the carrier service probably did the damage meaning the air transportation.when I inspected everything all was good. I hope that someone would notify the carrier or person in charge of shipping and receiving to inform there workers to take better care of customers merchandise considering the $$$$$ cost of this product.”

“I am so pleased that I found Woolroom online. I was looking for a more natural product as I am not a fan of foam mattresses/mattress toppers. The website was easy to navigate and I found the products to be reasonably priced. The service I have received has been excellent and my order arrived 3 days earlier than expected (I ordered just before a Bank Holiday weekend). Overall, I am completely pleased with the products and services I have received from Woolroom.”

“Ordered a week ago and item has not shipped as far as I can tell. I also have not received a delivery estimate date and my order is still in “payment authorized” status. Would just be nice to have a shipping estimate.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your order was delayed and this was partly due to the Easter long weekend holiday and then the catch up of a large volume of sales. We usually try to provide an express service to the US of two day shipping and so we apologise that you did not receive your woolroom products as quickly as we would have liked. “The duvet although wrapped as new and not from the clearance section had marks which looked like blood on it. I decided not to return it because I needed to use it straight away and then time involved in getting it back and a new one sent out as it arrived the afternoon of Thursday 18th April before the bank holiday weekend”
