“I rarely give bad reviews, however I think your fulfilment/logistics process needs seriously looking into. Yesterday, I finally received my in stock mattress after having to make three phone calls and waiting for six weeks, before anybody could be bothered to load it onto the back of a lorry and drive it 130 miles down the motorway.”

Hi Heike, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I'm so sorry to read that you've had a negative experience with Woolroom. Excellent customer service is something we take very seriously, and having looked into your order, I can see that the service you received was anything but 'excellent'. A system error on our side, left your order 'in limbo' and as a result wasn't picked up by our logistics team to be fulfilled until you called chasing. While I'm sure it's little comfort at this point, I can absolutely assure you that this wasn't something we'd encountered often before, but have now completely resolved this issue for all future orders. We hope that you have the most blissful night's sleep on your new mattress, and consider giving Woolroom another chance in the future. “Excellent duvet, and great service from the seller. The duvet regulates your body temperature perfectly. We didn't believe it till we tried it. Now we've bought duvets for the kids, and pillows for us. Looking forward to trying them.”

“I have made more than one order from Wool room and recommended your products to 2 friends who have also recently bought items. Love wool. Love what you do with it. Beautifully packaged although use of non plastic (re-cycled cardboard?) would be an excellent additional element to compliment you on in future.”

“I bought the deluxe mattress topper about 18 months ago along with a deluxe wool pillow. To be perfectly honest the mattress topper has made no significant difference in comfort or heat regulation. The pillow was a pain as I had to take it out of the pillow case and protector to fragment/plump up the wool inside every other day, what a pain that was, I have since discarded it. The cost was nearly £250 a total waste of my hard earned money, I would not recommend these two products. M.B. Sheffield”

“I had a quite a bit of issues with ordering online. The website had delivered to my address in the Netherlands earlier but somehow had an error with my address this time around. The email support send a solution that didn't work as well. It just wasn't going through to checkout so i skipped on trying to order. Eventually i tried again after a month. This time i faced the same error on the website but i used the live chat, the service representative was very helpful and we tried out different solutions for 30 minutes, the same issues remained. Finally, as nothing worked the representative then asked me to order via call. But this time i didn't face any issues. i used the main service number but was connected quickly to the person i was chatting with; they had all my information at hand. I just had to give my payment details and my order was successfully placed and dispatched. i received the order a day ahead of time. I was not very happy with website issues but patience and quick processing of the service team has ensured i'll keep the organization in mind for any future wooly requirements.”

“The comforter is very warm, soft and cozy. My daughter loves it. She says the little lambs keep her warm all night. And she feels like she sleeps in a small warm cloud. I'm happy I found the right comforter for my daughter just before the winter.”

“Surprised and delighted by the speedy delivery time from order to huge box arriving at our front door. Our silky smooth double duvet slid easily into the cover. It was so inviting I went to bed really early. A warm super comfy night, even the dog enjoyed sleeping on top.”

“Not really Woolroom's issue but the parcel was, initially, supposed to be delivered on the 3rd December, then the 4th....and was late and we had to go out, hence miss the delivery. Happily, I managed to contact DPD and arrange for the parcel to be left in an open shed, not really satisfactory.”

“I bought the all season bundle. Prompt service. Products as described and expected. Just be warned, wool duvets as not as plump and cosy in appearance as synthetic ones but they are as warm. I suffer terribly from night sweats and these have stopped with wool duvet, though I'm just as cosy at night. I am sleeping much better and not waking in the middle of the night, freezing cold from perspiration.”

“Was pleased with delivery. Loved the cotton storage bags! Now that we've slept a few nights under the medium weight comforter, we love its warmth - no longer need a "foot afghan", and there's no shifting of feathers, so there's no cold spots, or huge puffs of down elsewhere, due to our movements. Thanks for a quality product.”
