“OMG...I didn't believe it till I slept on it, my new wool topper and pillows are pure heaven. Together with 100% cotton sheet and wool blanket gone are the days of getting tangled in a hot duvet...I now have a blissful 5 star hotel sleep. Thank you Woolroom. I will be spreading the word.”

“Because of a problem with my computer, had to order by phone, service was excellent. Delivery was prompt. First time I've purchased from the Woolroom but it won't be the last.. The item purchased was a deluxe wool pillow, brilliant idea to be able to adjust the amount of filling. It always seems that any good quality pillow is overstuffed so this was a revelation!”

“Lots of info about the products available on the website. My order was delivered very quickly, especially considering it was coming to the U.S. from the U. K. I was also very happy to see the info about ethical treatment of the animals whose wool is used in the products. For me, that was a deciding factor for ordering from woolroom.”

“My product was out of stock but Woolroom was very helpful and took the time and trouble to check when stock was coming in and ensured that it was delivered to me by courier for the weekend. They also kept me informed by telephone. I was impressed with Woolroom's customer service and would recommend for this person service.”

“We purchased the wool topper, protector and deluxe pillows 5 days ago and I could not recommend them more highly. My temperature regulation at night was becoming a problem and I'm glad to say this new bedding has done the trick. Fantastic products, well made and quick delivery. Perfect!”

“The product was even better than expected...I bought a wool topper and it's fabulous. The service was good and they contacted to advise me that my delivery had been held up so I didn't have to stress about where it was. It came in a handy cloth bag too with minimal plastic packaging! Very important to me.”

“It took 2 weeks to receive the duvet. I received an order confirmation by email but no indication that the product was out of stock. I called Woolroom to obtain a delivery date.”

“Dear Woolroom, my package was delayed at fedex in Tennessee because they could not validate whether the item was woven or knit, after many phone calls, emails and taking a day off of work to receive the package which never came that day, I finally received my package tonight from fedex, the box was in terrible shape with torn open corners where the items were falling out and getting dirty, I can’t believe for the price I paid, more care was not taken in the packaging and then the handling via fed ex, they could have at least taped up the holes in the box, to prevent my items from getting dirty. I have taken pictures if you would like them. My items did not end up damaged, just dirty. The quality looks nice, can’t wait to try it. My rating is for delivery only. Thanks”

Hi Teresa, I am so sorry to hear that your delivery was not received in great condition. We have now changed our delivery service with FedEx and we are now using a two day priority service with them, so rest assured, if you were to make another order, you will receive it in a better condition. “The mattress pad has exceeded my expectations...my temper pedi bed is no longer an issue with heat and an unexpected bonus the pad added a bit more firmness to my otherwise too soft temperpedic.. best purchase I have made in a long time. Thank you. Deb cicone”
