“Had been researching wool duvets & found ‘woolroom’, prices very competitive, good explanation about the products. Ordered king size duvet which arrived in a couple of days. Been using for a week now and have slept well, duvet is a good weight and is very comfortable.”

“After purchasing a new bed and finding it a little hard we purchased the wool & alpaca mattress topper. It has made a tremendous difference It is extremely comforting. It helps with keeping night sweats at bay. We would highly recommend purchasing one. We may even purchase one for our motorhome.”

“Wrong size duvet delivered. Ordered double size and sent king size with double label on! Returned duvet to local woolroom store to be swapped over only to find that they had the delivery to store saved under completely the wrong persons name and address! Caused a lot of confusion when I went to the store to pick it up!! Not sure what is going on with communication and in head office but maybe this needs to be addressed! Time and inconvenience caused as a result.”

“We purchased the All Season Wool duvet and absolutely love it. I'm very impressed how warm it is. In fact, we had to seperate it and are now only using the 300GSM duvet. Perhaps when outside temperatures start freezing outside we might need the second layer. The quality is there.”

“After a lot of time researching new bedding as a result of night sweating l opted for Woolroom buying the complete set including sheets etc. Unfortunately after just over a weeks use there has been little or no improvement. Also every morning the pillows are virtually flat. I know you can buy extra padding but for the price and marketing that goes with them I would have expected more support. Obviously this review isn’t going to make your website. I really did want the Woolroom products to work for me and I hoping that things will improve.”

“I ordered the lightest duvet insert & was pleasantly surprised by the heaviness of it. Would be 5 stars if the insert had ties to secure it inside a duvet cover. Otherwise, very happy with quality, price & customer service for this product.”
