“In terms of quality, efficiency in shipping, and overall customer satisfaction, look no further! High quality and for someone who lives near the US-Canada border, Woolroom's products are wonderful! We use our mattress topper in winter and summer, the wool adjusts temperatures and is so cuddly!”

“Ordered a classic medium super king wool filled duvet on a Thursday and it arrived on the Friday. The duvet was in a cotton bag and boxed. It has a good weight to the duvet and you feel warm within minutes. Both my husband and I feel it was a good choice at a great price and I no longer experience the sweating that I used to get with a synthetic filled duvet. British wool too. Would definitely recommend Woolroom and the duvet.”

“Very pleased with service, so far. Delivery prompt and received well packaged. Duvet is just right for me. I like a bit of substance to a quilt, I find down filling a bit too light and fluffy. I bought a mid-weight classic king sized quilt, and it is nice and cosy but not too hot. I have only just started using it, so I can't attest to durability or anything like that, but so far, so good. Also, being veggie, it is nice to use a quilt that is filled without having to kill the donor animal.(Unless you are going to eat it, of course!)”

“Wow! I was so impressed with woolroom from start to finish. The website is thoughtfully laid out and easy to use. The customer service is professional and top-notch. And the quality of the wood duvet I ordered for my son's room is outstanding and very reasonably price. I'm sure we will be enjoying it for years to come. “Excellent Service with full detail about purchase through to delivery, the calico bag is nicely made and will be robust enough to hold the not in use part of this duvet after Winter. A convert to wool duvets after staying with friends, I bought a cheap ie non Woolroom lightweight duvet whilst recovering from a broken ankle, with also suffering dreaded night sweats, and was banished to separate room. Slept brilliantly - for me. Have taken the plunge and invested in a Woolroom All Seasons Deluxe and convinced OH this way to go as I like cool duvet and he still believes weight is warmth. After 2 weeks, we are both sleeping better due to temperature regulation ie OH is a convert and definitely sleeping better too. Will save and gradually change rest of duvets over a period of a year or so. Would like more robust poppers but that is a personal niggle, and fixable with sewing. The duvet's temperature regulation performance and quality of covers, the specific wool ingredients is the most important along with bonus of anti allergy. I like, we like, better sleep is beneficial on may levels. Thank you Woolroom.”

“Very disappointed on receipt of the pillow, it had zero substance, immediately failed pillow test (see YouTube). Ordered extra filling which arrived but was shocked that its only about 2 handfuls of wool. To make the pillow of any substance you would need at least 5 extra wool packages. Sent the pillow back, Woolroom refused refund, plus never returned Pillow, as we used it, although the pillow was kept in its cloth package and pillowcase, they still refused a refund or returned the pillow. I will not use the Woolroom again, overpriced and a poor product, buy an Eve or Simba pillow instead much better product”

“I give Woolroom... • a definite 5 stars for expeditious delivery, thank you!... • another 5 stars for packaging, I am very impressed by how the pillows came in good quality canvass bags which I can re-purpose to carry or hold stuff in... • 5 plus stars for the materials and how the pillows are put together, excellent! I slept very well the first night... • but, will wait to comment on durability after so many washes...”
