Do not buy online from Woolworths! Every single time they substitute what you order for something else. Then notify you via email and if you don't respond in time you can't cancel the order. This is completely ridiculous, it's like ordering a bicycle and the company changes it to a scooter because they didn't have scooters in stock. I wanted one particular product and ordered 13 of them because it was a good price, they substituted it for something else without consulting me and then won't accept a refund. Very unhappy!

Can't even look through the whole catalogue. Get to about page 6 and it starts to jump from there all over. Jumbles the pages. Won't do as requested. Have tried on different days..still the same. I give up!!!

I bought “ Tasmanian Salmon Side “. With Lemon Myrtle & Honey Marinade. Sounds nice doesn’t it ? It was NOT !! Has a weird taste . Says 22 minutes in the oven , it is not cooked after 22 minutes because it is large on one end narrow at the other . I would appreciate my money back , thank you. Margaret .

It’s important that larger corporations such as yours every once in a while, take the lead. Krill are critical to the ocean. They are ‘climate resolvers’. They belong in the mouths of whales (who have not a grocery store) and not on our shelves. Please do the right thing and remove Krill from your stock.

I have no choice but to shop online as I do not drive and can't be walking for long. The produce is TERRIBLE and way overpriced!! Most times it goes straight in the bin. I have had to take a cab to get to the store to replace produce - which is completely different quality and a LOT cheaper, ripping off online customers and sending them produce that they can't sell in store should be against the law!!! Staff do NOT pack groceries properly, cleaning products, soaps and garden chemicals in with fresh produce. Canned products on TOP of bread. My last order was late because the driver told me that even though I had been sent a text saying my order was next in line which usually is approx 8 - 10 min away, he decided to take a 30 minute break and then start his run. ATROCIOUS service!!! The online help desk was polite but had no idea where he was when I called them 20 minutes after the "your order is next in line" --------- Seems that Woolies has no real concern for those that have been loyal to them since 1994. Seriously considering taking my business to Coles.

i went there this morning selected a electric blanket, and a heater, some salad, and proceaded to the manned checkout it was 7-20 am i know the place well, i do all my shopping there for the last 12 years, and i buy my fuell for my cars and farm tractor. around 340lt per week, i was very visible to the lady at the service country He was determined to make me attend the self service checkouts. i never will. there is no other shops i go to who act like her i get a friendly reception every where i go. the cameras in this store will identify her rudeness. but i guess the manager does not want us in his shop either like the banks, This is the second time this woman has treated me like this. LADY IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB , STAY HOME.

After being a loyal customer for over 45 years I was dumbfounded the other night when I went into BWS after buying my groceries to find out that 2 slabs of VB cans would cost me $14 more than maybe a young person that is not a regular shopper because I don't have a mobile phone. Goodbye Woolworths. Look forward to seeing this highlighted in the news or a current affairs program.

Why.isnwoolworths vegs so dear ,compared to.other outlets ,suvh as the spud which are lical.grown ,as i believe woolworths vegs are lical.griwn ,example potatoes 2 kilo red woolworths coolbellup.$7.50 2 kilo, same potaties cist spud shed $2.49.tomotoes roma woolworths Round $1o.oo.kilo spud shed $4.99 kilo, why the big gap in price , woolworths vegs way over priced , big profits for them , not about the customer anymore , for what you get fit your money for vegs at wollies campared to spud shed which are fresh and very good quality ,worth the trip.if you are a family and want to save and have more money in your pocket Value for money spud shed 👍😁 Value at woolworths for your money 👎👎👎👎👎😒

Delivery one and a half hours late. Selected window between 5-8pm and delivered at 9.35pm. No message to let us know. No apology from driver. This has happened before. No longer going to use this service.

Seriously, Woolworths you need to teach your staff to pack! I am sick and tired of having soft items being crushed by hard items and cold items not being put in cold bags! If you offer the service of packing, then do it properly or offer the service of packing bags yourself at the check outs! Maybe Tetris needs to be in their CV before you hire people.... Or here is a thought....TRAIN THEM!

Click and collect now appears to gives oldest unsellable produce at inflated prices. All todays fruit in the bin, refund requested. Then went in the store to check quality and price one hour later. Online price navel oranges $1.78 each, instore price works out .90c each and way better quality.

The Woolworths website is completely USELESS. Recent changes no longer allow shoppers to see the latest catalogue or Browse Products to check whether they are in stock. A complete waste of time now. I will move my shopping over to Coles. At least they still have access to both weekly catalogues and Browse Products services. I have given 1 star on this review, because it is the only way I can comment, however I would have preferred to have given 0 stars.

I bought 2 x Beurre Bosc pears at the Rockingham WA store yesterday, 5 April. Attached is a photograph of the product when I started to prepare them for dessert today, 6 April. The quality of your fresh produce is extremely poor, you should be ashamed of calling yourself, "The Fresh Food People".
