“I ordered a book and you sent it to me, as expected. You sell books, so why the request for a review? There is now a whole industry based on “Customer Satisfaction” which no doubt adds to the cost of the product for both parties. I am tired of receiving these requests. It follows that when there is a problem no one wants to know.... don’t dumb yourselves down!”

“The book was beautiful but had some roughed up edges from the way it was packed in a box that was a little too big for it (unsecured) it cost a lot of money and had taken a while to get here so I couldn’t really do anything about it. Was cheaper here than amazon though and it really is a lovely book.”

“Absolutely no problem with my order, it was safely delivered within the specified time frame advised by Wordery. A little disappointed with the product description however. Felt it did not provide a very accurate detail of the contents.”

“Very late delivery. The tiniest book was wrapped in a massive package which didn't fit through the letter box then needed collecting from depot as we were at work. After being very late with delivery I contacted the company to see if I can cancel the order but they did not allow it. I am still waiting for the order that could not be cancelled.”

“I inadvertently doubled my order. However, within a couple of minutes l realised my mistake but could not cancel my account and had to wait until both of these items arrived before sending one back. For this reason l am only going to rate you as adequate. Surely there should be the means to cancel?”

“I was pleased with the price and speed of service. The book was too loose in the box, tough and the cover slightly damaged as a result. Wordery were quick to offer a no quibble refund which was good. Gave them the benefit of doubt and made another order but that was too loose in the box as well. Luckily not damaged. Shame as rest of service very good.”
