“Delivery was fine but on receipt of two books one had part of the cover sleeve screwed up and torn. The problem is caused by a lack of filler in the cardboard package which allows movement in transit. I have had this problem before and complained about it previously,as a result of this happening again I will think twice about using your otherwise excellent service and will not anymore be recommending your services to friends.”

“Ordering was easy. There seemed to be a long delivery period, which appears to be due to a delay in dispatch, which was a shame. However, the book was sensibly packaged and delivered in good condition.”

“The product was good. Express delivery was not express at all ordered on the Monday it came on Friday supposedly "1-2 day delivery". The packaging was too big for the item, the packaging also came half open. With a hole in cellophane of the product. Smaller packaging would of prevented this. My friend loved the product.”

“Normally I have no problems with anythingI order from Wordery, However, This timw I noticd a change in packaging. Upon opening it, I found the the book inside has been allowed to move and the corners were damaged as the packaging was not good enough to protect the book inside. Thankfully the damage was something I could live with but I would suggest that Wordery return to the fold-around packaging they used to use.”

“Books took longer to arrive than expected so I missed my niece's birthday. Also they were sent in 2 seperate parcels but arrived the same day - waste of packaging material (and postal costs for Wordery).”

“I requested a bithday message for the inside cover of the book. This was printed on the delivery sticker not in the book. The delivery driver placed the package in my waste food bin which is not what I expected. The corner of the book was damaged which is a shame”
