“The book has a soft cover and it felt off as compared to the first I've I got. This change isn't good!”

“Arrived on time. Packaging was adequate but more care needs to be taken when wrapping the books as the paper sleeve was folded over in one corner causing a 1 inch tear. Likily the hardback book was not to be a present for someone.”

“I may have missed this when I purchased the note cards, but the envelopes are ugly. I wouldn't have bought the cards if I had known what the envelopes looked like.”

“Need to supply tracking info on shipping. Took too long for delivery. Much longer than stated. We assumed it was lost. Showed up 4 weeks after order date. Book was a gift.”

“They have good prices and a very nice customer service, however their shipment process is quite horrid. Twice my package which was a collectors box set arrived damaged with no improvement in shipment. While I did get a 50% refund on top on a free damaged copy, I would not recommend this company. Yes their customer service is great and seem like very nice people, but in the end I just have damaged books. My other shipment, a single book, arrived in perfect condition. So if I were to order from them I would order small and not anything bigger or something you care for. So my opinion and review is mixed with different emotions. At one hand I think they are very nice and are miles better than for instance amazon or bookdepository, and in the other hand their shipment process is not good.”

“Prompt delivery but poorly packaged- books loose in card envelope rattle around inside and damaged on impact during delivery (impact crease on spine, denting cover), not badly enough to go through hassle of returning this time, but enough to be annoyed about. Wouldn't take much to pack/cushion the gaps with bubble wrap or something similar to prevent this. If buying books in 'new' condition, it shouldn't be a gamble if they'll arrive as such.”

“Having bought books from Wordery via Amazon previously I had been accustomed to very fast delivery usually within 2 days. On this occasion I ordered direct from Wordery and the delivery was over 10 days later. The books were apparently held for over a week at the delivery depot. The items were as ordered.”

“Pros: - Good price, - many interesting books, - convenient and pleasant interface. Cons: - No tracking for parcel at all, - poor packaging (books was damaged at corners a little), - two-week-delivery estimation was totally missed - books traveled to me at least month.”
