“The book was fine but as the package was too big for such a small book, it got a little damage on the spine. Also, I didn’t get a bookmark, wich was kinda disappointing. It’s been three times in a row I didn’t get one.”

“Quick dispatch, good price, but book arrived with a small tear in the back cover and some pages badly creased. The book was a gift so sadly I didn't have time to send it back for an exchange. I've used Wordery before and I don't think this is the norm, and I would still use them again :)”

“I don't know who Gregory Dowling is but he's easily thrilled and must have little to do. Fake news has now expanded to include fake reviews. The book isn't bad, if you like shallow entertainment. It's fine for that. A Christmas read while the mince pie etc. digests. But it is hardly thrilling. The first-person protagonist has no psychological depth, nor does a Brit living in Italy provide us with any sociological depth. Something one might expect when a book is 'exotically' located. Venice feels real but the characters do not. The plot is, well, silly. On a positive note - I loved the cover! But you know what they say about books and covers...”

“I felt there was too long a wait for information regarding delivery, like the order, once accepted, disappeared into a black hole. I was unaware that the book would be sourced from elsewhere causing what t felt were unacceptable delays. I chased twice. Having said that, when the book did arrive it was perfect.”

“While the mistake to purchase the item was largely my own misunderstanding of the metric system (i living in the US and rarely use it) the website could have done better to help me understand the size. Displaying a simple ruler with both cm and inches on two adjoining sides of the picture would have gone a long way to helping me to avoid making this purchase. It was not abundantly clear that i was making a purchase from a company outside of the US. While i have no qualms with companies outside of the US, this posed two issues. First, i was charged an additional fee for currency conversion that had i know i might have purchased elsewhere due to the increase cost. Second the package was shipped, also from outside North America and took longer to arrive.”

“The book was good. Clearly over priced as they offer big offers to buy more books after the first, but I think more preferable and transparent would be a lower average price rather than sign this friend or that friend up for a free book +20% off. I wouldn't recommend for the fact they are a bit over price at full price. Otherwise happy enough with quality.”

“I was advised my purchase would arrive by the 17th, 2 days later it still hadn't arrived. Panicking it wouldn't arrive I emailed and was told the dates were only a rough estimate. I should have been told this at the beginning.”

“Although a nice book, I found it rather confusing! I thought it would be about different ways to make seams and join shapes .... not quite... yet another book on how to make various shapes with some joins but not that interesting. Also it is spiral bound which it says but the paper is rather thin, so have to be careful not to rip the pages. If I d seen this in a shop I wouldn't have bought it. Sorry.”

“Disappointed by the delivery partners to Australia. I love Wordery and their books and feel like Star Track has let everyone down. Three books did not arrive in the promised time. Glad they were not needed as presents. If this is the future of online shopping Star Track needs to get it's house and planes and warehouses and staff in order to deliver everything and not just a fraction of what they are asked to despatch. Happy New Year to everyone at Wordery. Looking forward to seeing your offerings for 2019 !!! From Adelaide South Australia”
