“The book I ordered was delivered on time but for some unexplained reason was sent to a local Matalan store who have no agreement to accept deliveries for third parties. Luckily they had not binned it as a possible malicious hoax parcel and I was able to collect it. I did query this with Wordery but just had an email saying it had been sent to to the above store which of course I had already discovered. One of life's mysteries and certainly they need to buck up their despatch department !!!!!!!!”

“It was easy to order the book I wanted and it arrived promptly, however, the book had been packed in a cardboard box much bigger than the book, without any packing to keep it in place, so it was able to move about in the box which resulted in one of the corners of the book sustaining some damage, as it is a paperbacked book. I was very disappointed in this aspect of my order.”

“Received the books I ordered ahead of schedule - which was very appreciated. The only down side was that there were some cuts along the base through the pages. Nothing major, but enough that I would have selected another book had it been on a shelf.”

“The price of the books was competitive, the free postage attractive, delivery time was timely but what negated the whole experience was the international processing fee for the currency exchange. Therefore I probably won't order books from this site again.”

“Lovely book. Only issue was that the way it was packaged allowed glue from the cardboard envelope to stick to the book when I opened it and therefore the book ended up with q grubby glue mark on the front of it. It was going to be a present and so I was a little dissapointed. But all other aspects of the service were very good and my son just has a new book instead of his friend.”

“The price was good and delivery quick, but the packaging was poor. The envelope package was stuck to the book cover and left some marks when I took the book out, considering the book was a gift this was an issue.”

“I bought 6 books but they didn't arrive together but in individual packages at different times. I wasn't advices this was happening so I was a bit worried they might not turn up. All good!”

“The first time I used you no problems. Because of this I wished to use you a second timeI your website would only accept penpay payments. I do not have a paypay account merely to accommodate you. All my internet payments are done on either debit cards/credit cards. Because of this problem I went to Amazon. The same book was dearer but I did use my credit card. The additional expense was well worth it. Internet shoppinh has to be hassle free. I am not sure whether I will use you again.”
