“usually very good. but let down. should have been told much earlier, that there was a problem with one of my books.”

“Correct items were well packaged and new. But postage was too slow, just over two weeks. To compete with the likes of Amazon delivery needs to be much faster. I'd already left on holiday when the maps I needed arrived.”

“First you sent a book with a damaged CD. Then you sent the wrong book. True you offered me 50% off the cost of the book and a replacement but taking three days in both cases to respond to respond to all my e-mails before taking action resulted in considerable delay in my receiving the books I ordered. I would not describe a rating of just acceptable as making me happy.”

“Actually you didn't make me happy. I've been buying books from yourselves (but from Amazon) your years and years. My problem is that for Amazon you dispatch and send books very quickly, but for yourselves, your dispatch of my books was patheticly slow. Putting it politely. This either means you give everyone a second-class service, and Amazon takes your special time, or it means your standards have dropped. Which is it? You should not keep your items that you mark as "in stock" for several weeks before bothering to send them out! Utter rubbish.”

“This was the renewal of the same product I had had for perhaps ten yrs. Exactly the same updated, however it is about half the size and thus far more difficult to read. This is not made clear on the site!”
