“The product was a good price and arrived in good condition but I was going to the website regularly for some weeks/months waiting for it to be in stock. What i didn't understand was how it was showing as available from you via Amazon but not from your website.”

“The books arrived safely and in goo condition but took quite a long while and arrived after the said delivery time but as it was in December this is forgivable as I am sure the Christmas trade makes it difficult to meet all deadlines”

“Happy with the books that were ordered as a Christmas present. Wordery kept me in touch with the progress of my delivery however, this was not as quick as some other companies. If you don’t want to be fretting over whether or not you are going to get your books in time I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Wordery.”

“The items were as described. However, they did not arrive within the timescale given. Also I had ordered two slim books. They arrived on the same day in two separate parcels. This is a waste of cardboard and does not show environmental awareness.”

“Prices are excellent but product packaging is rubbish. Ordered a heavy book for my husband and the packaging consisted of a bit of scrunched up paper around the book. Consequently the book arrived damaged due to it being joggled around in the post. Too late to get a replacement in time for Christmas. (Exact same thing happened to a friend too.)”

“The book was a good quality item, and a reasonable price. However, not receiving an e-mail to say the order had been received, or that the item had been despatched, led to some confusion and I re-ordered the item elsewhere as I thought it hadn't gone through.”

“I ordered well in advance before Christmas from Wordery as I like to use a site other than Amazon when I can (and they were the same price). However delivery took ages, and almost didn't arrive on time (and was past the delivery date it said on the website on ordering). Next time, I think I'll stick to Amazon so at least I can guarentee delivery.”

“My order arrive late and wordery did not gave a message the my order will arrive because is out stock. This is my I did not gave 5 stars. For improvement I would recommend to tell the customers if they're order will arrive late.”
